My second stay at the property which has a golf course and driving range as well as a restaurant on site. The room was spotless and the balcony is lovely, overlooking the golf course. It is quiet and relaxing. The bed is comfortable, bedding is lovely, many tv channels, plush carpeting and good shower. The quality and value for price paid is exceptional. The staff is very friendly. Adam, once again, was very welcoming, helpful and professional. The food in the restaurant was delicious. I had the fajitas and I recommend them. Casual atmosphere and good service. I look forward to returning again.

Nothing, my second stay was as good as the first.

The staff were extremely helpful, welcoming and friendly. This was a great start when we were checking in late. The amenities provided in the room were all very adequate, including nice big white towels. Having just stayed in a hotel that was £250 a night, we both commented how this one (only £45 a night) had most of the bases covered that the expensive one did! So very impressed indeed - great value and exactly what we needed.

The instructions emailed for late check in were at odds with the information given when we called the number given.. and then different again from the experience when we arrived. Perhaps this old/ incorrect information could be updated. The building is literally a shipping container converted into rooms. But there was nothing else to dislike at that price!

Great hotel, in a good location for us on our road trip around England. Dinner meals had reasonable prices and there is even a good Happy Hour, for cocktails only. Very pretty grounds, it is a little walk from the restaurant and reception over to the hotel, so on the way there are many flowers and birds to see. Staff here were great! Very friendly, helpful and prompt.

There was a light on outside our rooms window that was visible even when the curtain was drawn. Not the great placememt for that light, but I managed to cover up the light a bit by leaning a pillow against the curtain.

Staff were really friendly and attentive - especially the lovely lady on check in! Location was quiet and there weren't many facilities but you need to do your homework before you go - we knew this and it suited us fine. Room was immaculately clean with plenty of toiletries provided. It's a nice little holiday park. Kids play area was great for our boys too. Great nights sleep as so quiet.

The food was 'interesting'. There was a great kids eat for £1 offer on with an adults main meal. Menu and selection of dishes were good but the quality wasn't great. Long wait with 2 kids. Husband's sausage and mash was literally liquid mash, my double burger just 2 very small patties and one of the kids meals was swimming in bean juice with about 10 beans on the plate! Flavour wasn't bad and we were really hungry but it wasn't the greatest experience and did let down our overall stay.

Room with a balcony is fine (although in mid-February it was very cold!! (not the hotel's fault) I imagine that it would good for a summer stay. On the second morning housekeeping called to check if we o.k. with enough tea coffee and milk.

When I booked, it appeared from the web site that breakfast could be obtained at extra cost. However, on arrival I was told that the hotel did not provide breakfast although apparently lunch could have been purchased. The TV in room 14 had an indoor aerial which had to be moved around to get a signal and then securely placed so that it would not move

This is a beautiful property in a very attractive and well maintained holiday park with a driving range, golf course and restaurant. Adam at reception was particularly welcoming. It was nice to feel valued as a guest. The room was lovely, well decorated with plush carpeting and large towels, a comfortable large bed, tv, coffee and tv, and a wonderful balcony overlooking the gardens. It was exceptional value for the price paid and it surpassed my expectations. I look forward to a future visit.

Me and my wife booked the Boston West Hotel to visit family in Lincolnshire over the Xmas period, we have stayed in several local hotels over many years and have always found it difficult to find somewhere which was clean with modern facilities - although this was a few miles further from my relatives (obviously our choice) we were extremely impressed with the Boston West. We booked an upstairs room with a balcony and the room was clean and large with a good bed and bathroom/shower, the Wifi was free and seemed very fast. The restaurant on site was closed while we were there, however this aside we had a very comfortable stay - we'll definitely be using the BWH next time we visit.

The superior kingsize room with a balcony was lovely, clean and comfortable. It overlooked the golf course which in the summer would be lovely to sit out in the evening with a glass of wine. I liked the fact there were plug sockets and a mirror above the dressing table and the easy chair was a delight. The bathroom was clean and as a bigger person I was impressed that the bath towel was big enough to go around my body. The food in the bar/restaurant in the evening was great quality and value and the staff were courteous and helpful

As we stayed in the week there was no breakfast facilities - I assume this is because we are now out of season. This is the only reason I gave a 9 and not a 10.

Room was clean and the condiments were very good. Towels and soap are a nice addition. Limescale in kettle required several flushes to clear. I required the use of the toilet about 1.30 am only to find all power off and no lights available. The power itself did not come back on until early morning ,by which time too late for early morning cuppa, We went slightly early to the restaurant only to find no one around as service was supposed to start at 9. we left at 9.05 without breakfast as no one-looked to be making an effort and explain what the procedure would be.

Explanation of how door card works and how its use to provide lights and bathroom /TV services. Notice of where to assemble in emergency . (oh there is a safety aspect too ,if power is cut during the night to save electricty

The bed is so comfortable and big. The extra cushions ensure a relaxing time can be had whilst watching TV or reading. The shower is great and everything is clean. We live staying in the rooms with balconies. Lovely to just be able to stand out and watch what's going on. We go birdwatching and the venue is perfectly placed for visiting Frampton Marsh and other reserves aren't too far away. We have eaten at the restaurant but there is a choice of places nearby.

There is nothing that we weren't happy with.
