Very clean large room. Lovely large & easy to operate shower. Bed excellent. Heating excellent. Plenty of towels. Storage excellent. Security v good. Exceptional staff.

On first night could not unfortunately obtain immediate access when returning to the building during the evening as key-pad to the main door was inoperative.... this was subquently found to be due to a discharged battery, which was attended to. Could not retain window open for fresh air. Would have liked a kettle to make a cup of tea or coffee.

The property is located close to the station and the centre of Boston and is good value for money.

Check-in could be better handled. The rooms are accessed via a door onto the street but there is nothing to tell you where to check-in or obtain the keys. There is a hotel around the corner which I went into to ask if they knew anything and it turned out that the rooms belong to the hotel - which has a different name completely from the rooms! From there on it was not a problem but clearer instructions before arrival would help.

All rooms were spacious and clean. There were two toilets per two floors. There was also a small fridge in the kitchen to store your food. The service was helpful, guiding us over the phone when we couldn't find the right place. Fortunately, this property was within walking distance of all the important sites.

The doors closed so loudly that when someone went in or out of the room at night, I woke up every time. The soap dispenser in the bathroom on the second floor did not work.

The room was spacious and immaculate and quiet in the evening.

I didn't sleep well due to a rather emotional and exacting day so I would have appreciated the means to make at least 1 cup of tea. I usually book en suite when I stay away from home and didn't bring a robe and the shower room was away from my room. However, I managed..

How easy was to check in/out. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful when we struggled to find the flats (due to google maps directing is to the wrong place). Although the bathroom is shared, there is one on each floor which makes it 1 bathroom per 3 rooms.

Windows in room we stayed in kept closing down, so we used my partner boot to lock it in place, as it was very warm in the room. Lack of parking space.

True to description, but better. A large bedroom with ample storage and a very modern ensuite. Travelling solo but worth the extra money to have the private ensuite.

A kettle etc would have been nice.

Everything is great 👌, but the parking lot is somewhere near the cinema, 2 minutes from the hotel and is paid 3.30 for 24 hours.

I just needed a bed for the night & it served that purpose. Room was clean, tidy & recently decorated.

Would've been nice to have had a kettle on the premises. Room was very hot. Very heavy automatic closing doors, which all slam hard.

Generous sized double rooms with nicely renovated bathroom. Handy location, within walking distance to town and train station plus pubs, restaurants and cafes.

A few flights of metal stairs up to the property room level then more stairs inside. Not ideal if you are traveling solo and have multiple bags/heavy luggage.

Location Great . Some Street Noise.

I did not realise there was no en suite to my room. Then main entrance door needs a handle to close it properly. I had to pull it shut by putting my hand on the letter box to pull it shut.
