Lovely stay, room clean & tidy, good quality bed linen/towels. Well presented. Good location, key code access to external entrance and room key to door. CCTV in public areas. Safe and secure. Staff friendly and thoroughly explained access at check in. WiFi available and good signal/connection. Good large shower facility with nice pressure and good temp available.

Room set up for functionality could be better but adequate for 1 person 1 night stay - desk taken up with microwave/kettle etc and lots of advertising for the hotel/business cards etc..bit overkill could simplify so guest has room to put belongings or put them elsewhere.. would struggle for 2 ppl and there personal items as no other surfaces. No sink soap in bathroom..used shower gel. Nowhere to place toiletry bag/ contact lens case etc in bathroom other than alcove in wall over by toilet.. could do with a shelf but more a personal preference for my own convenience.

The check -in was a relatively easy process , even the first time , when I had to use instructions. The most of the rooms had a nice decor .The accommodation was close to the centre and to the place , where I worked. In a night when I had problems with noisanse from the room next door after 11 pm ,I called the manager and he spoke to me with respect and professionalism .

In some of the rooms not all lights are working and may be it's a little dark . In one of the rooms there was some heating issue . The rooms are close each other , so some disturbance from other clients is inevitable .

Rooms were modern, clean comfortable and very well tjought out... in a good location with a car park just 100yds away in the heart of boston... i stayed there for work .. and have booked up again for myaelf and my partner for wedding .it is that mice and great value for money!!! Also the bar downstairs run. By the wonderfully friendlly and helpful CAZ .. is a well stocked immaculet bar with a huge very qell kept beer garden.. ! Charming little place to stay in boston!!

I recently stayed at the Twenty Hotel and was thoroughly impressed! The hotel was super clean, well-maintained, and offered all modern conveniences one could ask for. The housekeeping staff did an impeccable job ensuring everything was tidy and spotless throughout my stay. The overall experience was excellent value for money. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Room was very clean , comfortable and in a good location we had a good night's sleep.

We booked the rooms because of the bar below . We thought because the weather wasn't going to be good we wouldn't have to go out into the freezing cold , we were celebrating a 70th birthday. However just before we travelled to the venue we got a call telling us the bar was closed so I was given numbers to check in . We didn't see any staff so no welcome and we did have to venture out . Very disappointed because apart from that everything was fine. Spoiled the evening.

Overall we were really pleased with our stay at Twenty Hotel & Bar. Our room was at the very top of the hotel facing onto the street. The room was comfortable and had a fridge which was very welcome during the summer heat we've been having. The ensuite bathroom was modern, if a little snug. The location of the hotel is very central and only a 2 minute walk to the town centre. The staff were friendly and it was easy to let yourself in and out of the hotel building when the bar itself was closed. There were lots of options for paid parking nearby which was about £4 or so for the day and easy to do via an app.

Because of the heat we needed to have the windows open and the street and bar below were VERY noisy until midnight or so. However, based on previous reviews we knew that the bar below the hotel was likely to be noisy in the evenings and as we were prepared for this it wasn't a big problem.

The Hotel was situated in a quiet street that was very close to the Boston stump and river. (I could hear the bells). With lots of shops a short walk away. You were able to order food to your room which looked delicious but I wasn't able to use this time (next time!) Loved the fridge, microwave and kettle in the room.

I could subtly hear the music of the bar from my room. But it didn't personally affect me and it was turned off after midnight. I slept very well!

The lady in the bar downstairs was really helpful. Directed us to where to park the car. The bar staff were all friendly The bear garden was well laid out, clean and quiet.

Upon arriving the room, we were greeted with about 100 dead baby blue bottle flies. My partner cleaned them up. When we told staff on duty in the bar she went straight up to the room with a hoover.

Hello, we are two bike travellers from France, and we had a wonderfull stay in this hotel. The manager was really nice, she let us let our bikes in the garden. The room was really great, clean, and with everything to make some tea and coffee. I highly recommend staying here !!

We could hear a little bit the music from the bar (but it stopped at a reasonable hour so it was fine).

Great location. Great little en-suite and a good view out of the first floor rear window to the beer garden. Tea and coffee making facilities.

No breakfast provided. The establishment allowed a group of young people to stay in the beer garden well after hours until 1pm chatting below the bedroom window.
