Outstanding communication as soon as I booked for the evening! Helpful, explained everything really well via phone call, text message and in person due to my late night arrival. The night porter was amazing with my autistic son, he doesn’t normally talk to people however he seemed to speak to him more than he does me! Fast wifi, extremely comfortable beds and pillows. Great fan for cooling the room due to hot weather. Beer fridge, microwave, tea/coffee in room. Very clean. Very quiet and felt comfortable being there on my own with my child.

The room was fully and very well-equipped with every possible aid like a microwave, fridge, and high-quality television, this being exceptional for the price. Also a double bed was provided. There was good parking for my motorbike in the drive, but the other drive users tended to park thoughtlessly, impeding access sometimes.

The management couldn't help the location, a good hike out of town and at the far end of an industrial estate. There was no shop nearby. The friendly and delightful on-site manager could have done with more training around thinking of guest's needs, like keeping the tea and coffee facilities topped up! I would go again quite happily.

Lovely clean rooms worth everything you need. All very modern and comfy and the staff were so lovely and helpful. Close enough to walk into Boston and a nice quiet location

Not a negative for us but this is a house that’s been converted into rooms not a traditional hotel and is on an industrial estate. So if your expecting a hotel it’s not

Very very comfortable, very clean and tidy, owner very helpful in regards to self check in. Very very good shower, great tea and coffee facilities, lovely big screen tv. Ideal location and served the purpose in which I needed Upgraded to family room

Not much really although I Didn’t like the look of broken fence outside but I wasn’t there to look at that it’s just first impression Didn’t really get the loud doorbell noise when unlocking the room door

Nice and easy no messing about owner was really nice and helpful showed us straight to the room when we arrived.

The only bad thing is the parking is not the best had to wait for another guest to move so we could get out

I liked everything about my room.it was spotlessly clean modern with a comfortable bed .I highly recommend staying there as it offers excellent value for money 💰

Located in the industrial estate, which was fine but it might not suit everyone.

The room had everything I needed for my stay and was clean and had a modern layout. Also the bed was very comfortable, plus the room was quiet throughout the night. I was very happy with my stay.

Nothing, it was perfect for my needs, checking in was straight forward and hassel free.

All facilities for your needs. This room was clean, with fresh towels and bedding. James was very friendly and offered to me a double room instead of single. Highly recommended!!!

It was in a quiet location but within walking distance of local amenities.
