Good location,very quiet area ,very cosy,nice Decor,clean and comfortable,only short walk to shops nice garden area for barbecue.fullnsize fridge and freezer ,ideal for longer stays has washing machine too.we felt at home from the moment we arrived .we will be booking again in the future as it was a great find on booking .commonly 35 minutes Drive to Skegness

Not enough cooking vessels small pans and oven trays .and need a full crockery set as only had four plates and two dishes ,three was no side plates also hot tap in the bathroom was only a trickle took an hour to run a bath

Location is ideal for us as we have an elderly relative living around the corner and this is second time we have stayed here , great to have free wifi . Beds were clean and comfortable.

Neighbours not parking there 2 large cars considerately so it was a tight squeeze. I like a bath and water was very slow to fill up but water was nice and hot. Wardrobes not really practical as no pole or coat hangers to put clothes on . Only one bedroom had a lamp and Not many bowls and plates in kitchen but didn’t effect us

The house is well placed between skegness and kings lynn and was a perfect location for us visiting those two places

The only issue we had was the kettle needs to be replaced or a descale tablet used to clean it, we boiled water in a pan on the stove. It is a very hot house, the first thing we did was turn the heating off as it was too hot for us

Property was absolutely ideal and just what I was looking for somewhere for a friend and I just say after a long journey travelling up to meet a friend the following day. Property was very convenient, plenty of space for two people, communication from owner was good, property was also nice and warm and cozy up upon arrival, considering it was only 2° outside

Taylor Close was exactly what I required. I needed somewhere to stay while movers were packing up my house. I was continually carrying my possessions backwards and forwards, so I required parking close to the house, and somewhere on the ground floor to put them. I was pleased to find that the house has a full size fridge, microwave and cooker. The bed and sofa are comfortable, and the TV is large and works well. It was nice to be able to eat my meals in the garden.

The rubber insulation around the oven door has come loose. I am just tall enough to reach the string to switch the electric shower on. I suggest this be extended. I would have appreciated the use of the garage. This was not advertised on your web site, but the owners told me it was available in the message they sent after booking. However, when I arrived, it transpired that it was not available.

Very clean house with every piece of furniture and equipment that would be required. Large spacious kitchen and garden including table and chairs in and out. Two very large double bedrooms (no wardrobes/cupboards/hanging clothes). Very clean modern bathroom. Approx 15 walk from town centre. Nice walk. Definitely recommended.

Floor boards need attention, very squeaky upstairs. The neighbour was parked too far over so we couldn't get the car at the side of the house. Other than that, it's a lovely little house.

My second stay here and once again the property was clean and in good order with good facilities although a coffee table in the lounge would be nice.

Both times I’ve stayed here I’ve not been sent the access code by check in time and I’ve had to ring up and wait for a service provider

We couldn’t find a chopping board and the cooking knives were a bit blunt, otherwise the kitchen was adequately equipped.

This property was ideal for our needs, everything was clean and fit for purpose, slight deficit on the wine glasses but not the end of the world
