The location is brilliant and the room was very large and comfortable. Value for money and the room was well equipped. The Television was large and a good brand. The bed was comfortable and had two great nights sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was to much. The hotel was quite and safe and the policy and rules we abide too made it this. Would recommend it to anybody. Well done all at the New England. Thank you for a great stay.

The room needed coat hangers. Some of the furniture needed just some finishing touches and it would add to the guests experience.

Unfortunately there was no breakfast option, the indian restaurant was excellent but no other food options available

Parking was a bit of a problem, I prepaid 24 hours parking which was a few minutes walk away, there was prepay 24 hour parking right next door to the hotel, we were unaware of this, so maybe could have been mentioned on the booking details ? Also no hairdryer available, in all fairness I did ask the cleaner and she did look for one for me.

The location was brilliant, and the Indian restaurant was fantastic, and the room was clean and comfortable and suited our needs down to the ground. Parking was easy and a very good value for money paid in my view

Trying to pay the extra £25 for early booking in was a bit of a nightmare in truth. Does need a better arrangement put in place. Not everyone has great mobile reception

From The Outside It! Looks A Bit Run Down But Do Not Juge A Book By It's Cover Go In it's Frist Class Clean Tidy A Well Keped Lovely Building And The Staff Are Just Great You Could Not Wish For A Better Service Recommend it 100 Percent We Will Be Going Back Again Soon It 2 Minute Walk To The Center Of Town And There You Have Everything

The location of the hotel for our purposes was great and we could just walk around which was a great bonus.

The lights in the room could have been a little brighter and there was a little smell of cigarette smoke

Twinned with a exceptional restaurant with mega staff . Made the whole boys weekend perfect . Hope charlie the lady in charge is on good money , she is brilliant , 👏

Charlie the manager was unbelievably lovely, welcoming, helpful and professional. Never met another manager like her.
