It was a very good location with easy access to main roads and routes. The hotel was clean, tidy, well presented, and well set out inside. The room was clean, comfortable, and quite spacious with a comfy bed, a nice bathroom, and a decent shower. Staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast was really nice too. Everything you needed for an enjoyable stay.

There is only 1 negative I could think of, and that is from the outside it looked a bit messy and overgrown. It was a shame because there is some garden furniture you could utilise and have a nice evening sitting outside. Just a bit of garden TLC and weedkiller would solve it.

Me n the wife booked to stay here for one night and were were travelling here from 3hrs drive north. Booking in was very easy, hassle free, and the gentleman on the desk was very friendly indeed. He had a smile on his face, and nothing was a problem for him at all. He took our bags to our room along with ourselves. He was a very friendly person, and that is something to commend given that so many aren't in the hotel industry. After we checked out the next morning, we had a nice chat with him and left to go do what we came to do. What was meant to be a routine trip to Boston turned out to be a very long and very challenging time, and we had to stay in Boston for 2 more nights, with each night being completely unexpected. Each night, I went to the desk and asked if there was a room available and we were greeted by the same Gent each time, and he knew that we were struggling. He was one of the most helpful, genuinely nice people I've ever met at a hotel desk. His name is Behiery, and he was having to work so hard and for long hours because there was an unexpected staff shortage. This did not matter at all to him. He just wanted to provide a good service for us. My wife is Autistic and has ME/CFS along with other things, and the service he provided was first class. I would be very comfortable indeed recommending this Hotel to people to stay here, even just for his service & personality alone. The rooms that we stayed in were very clean, very well kept, and were well stocked with all that you need in your rooms. I had a little problem with one mattress, and Behiery sorted it out the moment I spoke to him. For the rate of £54 per night I would say that this hotel absolutely is worth staying in. Nothing. I have stayed in hotels far more expensive and were not as clean and comfortable.

It was nice and clean. Cheap and cheerful. Comfortable bed, room was a lot more spacious than the Travel Lodges etc we stopped in. Staff were very helpful. Accommodation did not have a bar, but it was on the same pull in as a Londis / Greggs so was easy to get a bottle of wine after a day sight seeing.

The water could have been hotter. Breakfast bacon was overcooked and eggs were boiled. But for the cost it was brilliant as several fruit juices, peaches and mandarin oranges, cereals etc.

I am on tour at the moment and had worked on a show in Grimsby, our next show was the following day in Lowestoft, too long to drive straight through. I didn't arrive till after 1 am but the reception was there waiting for me. There was a car space right outside the hotel. The receptionist took my bag to the room. He couldn't have been any more helpful. The room was really clean the decor was fresh and the bed was so comfortable. I was only there for 6 hrs to grab some sleep and did't expect much from a motorway hotel but I was pleasently surprised. And I woke to a lovely view.

The only thing that I would have changed is if I had more time to sleep there.

I recently stayed at Supreme Inn in Bicker, near Spalding and Boston, and had a fantastic experience. The staff were exceptionally helpful, the room was immaculate and comfortable, and the location was perfect for visiting beautiful nearby attractions like the Mouth of Rivers Haven & Welland. Although the hotel doesn’t currently have an in-house restaurant, the staff recommended great local dining options and mentioned plans for a future restaurant. 24/7 of licence shop next door with Greg's :) View from my window was amazing.

I can not say much here. It has just been refurbished, and I've still seen more improvements on my second stay. I will be coming back regularly.

For a budget price we found everything fine. The staff were welcoming and the room comfortable, quiet and clean. Having stayed here before we were pleased to be told breakfast was available again so that was a bonus. Plenty of parking, overall great value for a couple of nights.

Was a place for us to stay while we visited our family. Shower was great powerful and refreshing.

The single bed needed tightening as it squeaked alot, TV was a little small for the room but was great signal for the area. The signs that you hang on the door is useless because we just needed new towels and wasn’t changed so had to go to the reception to get new ones.

The room was nice. The beds were comfortable. The staff were polite, friendly, and welcoming. It was great value for money.

The full English breakfast was cold, including the plates. There was a cobweb on the over bed lamp. The bath plug had no chain, so the only way to empty the bath water was to hook a coat hanger over the only link and pull hard.

The room was lovely and clean and this time there was a mattress protector. There was someone on reception on arrival and departure this time.

The shower walls had not been cleaned there were brown splash marks, the shower curtain was badly stained on the bottom needs to be cleaned or replaced, the extractor fan wasn’t working
