Sam on reception was very helpful and the cleaners were very helpful too

Breakfast could've been better

This is maybe our 4th stay with this hotel. As usual they met our requirements. Room - was fantastic, nice and clean Breakfast - was amazing and had a good choice just no vegan sausages which was a shame Staff - were so nice and friendly just made our stay easier Reception - nice and clean and had a lovely atmosphere Swimming pool - was nice and clean - session was a hour and was enjoyable with the kids Parking - was easy and was found straight away Check in and check out - simple and straight forward

The lift wasn’t working, didn’t help having two kids having to climb stairs and the suitcases etc .. however the hotel did warn us before coming which was nice No vegan sausages

The hotel is situated in a really good place.. Just 10mins from Skegness and you can catch buses straight off the site if you dont want to drive. Theres a number of little lakes you can feed the ducks... swimmimg on site... a shop.. the pizza is a must so yummy.Plenty of parking. Rooms are adequate and comfortable. You get maid service every day to make bed... empty bins.. change cups and refill tea and coffee and clean bathroom. Breakfast is help yourself.. very tasty well cooked and lots of choice. This is our second stay here. My daughter goes in a caravan with her family and we come to the same hotel... its great being able to meet up and spend time together. We will be back next year.

There is little things in the room as to why I give it a 9 and not a 10. The spy hole was broken so some paper was pushed inside and there was a iron mark right by the door on the carpet. But this being said it didn't stop how holiday being enjoyable. We will definitely be back next year. The pros definitely outweigh these 2 minor cons.

A lovely hotel in a lovely setting. The buffet breakfast was excellent and all the food we had was tasty. The air conditioned restaurant was very nice offering the option of eating in a lovely outside courtyard area if required. All the staff were friendly and helpful especially the man who bought us a new fan. It was a bonus to have access to on site entertainment and facilities included free of charge.

We stayed when it was very hot but we were surprised to find our room windows were only allowed to open slightly for safety reasons as we had a child with us making the room stiflingly hot. As our daughter was not left unattended at any time this restriction seemed excessive. Although we managed to get a fan to help cool down the room the one we were given for the first night did not work very well but luckily we found a man who gave us a brand new one that worked much better for the second night. Unfortunately this restriction may prevent us from staying in this hotel again during summer months.

Rooms are spacious with a double bed and sofa bed. Bathroom is nice. The site has access to takeaways, restaurants and the showroom. The shows put on at night are entertaining, both for kids and adults. The gym is a good size with new equipment and other facilities include a pool, arcade, mini golf and a local shop. The breakfast included was very nice with fry up options, toast, cereal, yoghurt, fruit and drinks (hot & cold) Only a 5 min drive to the centre of Skegness for the beach, rides and more arcades.

Restaurants had limited fish for dinner which is obviously quite popular.

Ideally located for visits to local attractions. Bar had an excellent choice of beers and lagers. Breakfast served from 0700 until 1030,so catered for most travellers needs. Breakfast is self service buffet style. Selection of cereals, fruit, yoghurt and hot cooked food. Accessible room located on ground floor only a short distance from reception. Walk in shower with seating and spacious bathroom. Kettle and tea/coffee provided. A few biccies would have been nice! The room was on the rear of the hotel and could be accessed via patio doors which made getting luggage into room easy, as parking was adjacent to the room. For those with electric vehicles there are several charging points located at the front of the hotel.

I liked the hospitality and the breakfast was really delicious

The down fall is the toilet when you flush it's really hard to flush and need to keep pressing over and over again also the cleaners came to change the towels and bedding but never vacuumed the rug

The hotel is well placed for all amusements and beach being end of season not alot was open but made the most of the Saturday the on site bar small but did the job not catered for a mass amount of people became swapped at one point but all that being said very nice place to stay all staff polite

The room was dated the paint was missing in places and the radiator in bedroom had cover hanging off grout and silicone damaged or missing in the bathroom the dado rail was full of dust house keeping needs to up there game and a net would be beneficial on the balcony to keep the pigeons out as alot of pigeon poo made Balcony unappealing

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and tidy on arrival. Plus with staying at the hotel we had full access to the site facilities. Would stay here again.

They only thing was the breakfast not really a great selection, had all the usual things like toast, cereal, the fry up but not a big selection of pastry's or the option of having a continental breakfast. But the staff did keep on top of things like keeping the food top up and making sure there were clean plates and cups.

The hotel is nice it has a lovely fragrance throughout, the staff are lovely the location is local to attractions, beach ect.. the food in the resturant was lovely too, the pudding was delicious. Cheff knows what hes doing. We also had breakfast and it was bang on. There is activites on site, swimming and a park to keep the little ones entertained. Overall i would go back there. The beds are cofmy the only thing is the pillows are abit flat next time i go i will be taking my own, but apart from that it was really good.😁😁👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
