Dawn and Daniel were extremely welcoming, and had thought of everything. The breakfast was first class, and the evening meal was restaurant standard. The lamb in particular was amazing, as was the apple pie. The location was perfect for me. I was travelling for work, and Dawn made everything really easy for me. I really enjoyed meeting other guests too. I definitely hope to come again to spend more time at this excellent B&B in this beautiful and historically interesting area.

A traditional B & B/guest-house in a lovely house in the village. Location perfect for visiting the Coalbrookdale attractions only a short stroll away. Run by lovely folk for whom nothing (within reason!) is too much trouble. Excellent breakfast. Evening meal was available, if booked in advance, but we didn't take up the offer so cannot comment. NB there is a village pub, just up the road, which offers a decent pint but no food.

Nothing really but would-be bookers need to be aware that the rooms are upstairs with fairly steep stairs (no lift) - may be a little challenging for some.

Wide choice of breakfast menu, cooked to order. Delicious food, time of breakfast was flexible to fit in with us. A bonus for this property was the opportunity to have an evening meal - the food was exceptional. Dawn and Danny were great hosts -warm, welcoming and very friendly.

Vey warm, friendly and informative welcome from Dawn. Authentic decor in keeping with the property and the area. Lovely comfortable bed with soft pillows. Spacious shower room. Warm towels and plentiful toiletries.

Shower pressure could have been a bit stronger. Parking for a long car possible but tricky manoeuvre to get out on to road again. We easily found a space opposite in the entrance to the old Aga works.

Dawn and Dan where great hosts very friendly and had a good chat over breakfast. Room was great, lovely big shower good pressure. Comfy big bed. Very clean, great breakfast.

The museums don't open on Monday and Tuesdays so had to cram in all the visiting on Wednesday as we stayed 3 nights. A 10 minute walk to the town. And a 20 minute walk back up hill knackered knees.

Good location with parking. Hosts were lovely, very welcoming and friendly. Nice room overlooking garden, bathroom was huge with great shower and lovely decor. Amazing breakfast, scrambled eggs were the best I’ve had with plenty of smoked salmon. Partner’s full English very tasty with good quality ingredients.

Very steep stairs to room. The king size sleigh bed was extremely creaky! Would have liked an option of grapefruit or fruit salad before main breakfast as I don’t like cereal.

Dawn and Dan were great hosts, very open, sharing and chatty. The bedroom had everything needed and the ensuite was huge. Breakfast choices extensive and good quality food, preparation and delivery. We felt very welcomed. Off road parking, only a 20 minute walk to the Ironbridge and local facilities

Dawn is very welcoming and the atmosphere of the house is lovely. The room was very clean and cosy. The ensuite is large in comparison to other places we've been. Breakfast is tasty and my husband loves the black pudding she has shipped in from Scotland. She's very accommodating and friendly. This is our second visit and certainly not our last. We will be back next year for another comfy, cozy weekend break.

On a cold and snowy day we appreciated the warmth and cosiness of the property. Loved the range of options for breakfast. The bacon was particularly tasty. Opted to eat in for dinner. Great selection on the menu. Food was lovely - good honest food and plenty of it. We would recommend trying Dawn's cooking. Friendly hosts. Easy walk down into the Wharfage and all that Ironbridge has to offer.

Great location, well placed for the local attractions. Our host Dawn, was great and made us feel very welcome. The breakie.was fantastic, particularly with a bit of a dietary need.

If we came back again, I would book a larger room, the smaller room was compact. The shower took a few attempts get the temperaure balance just right. Might be worth looking at a small communal lounge for guests.
