Good instructions provided for entry into the property. 2 bed apartment was clean, well equipped spacious and comfortable. Would consider staying again.

Our accommodation was changed the day before our stay date so this location was further away from the event we attended meaning extra charges in transport. However this location is great for easy access to motorways. Late checks outs over the weekend would improve the stay here as most people will be travelling for leisure and 10am check out is rather early.

clear information given by the host at all stages. The accommodation was excellent and spacious. The location was excellent and made getting around really easy. Taxis are cheap as well.

some form of non-slip mat in the main bathroom for when taking a shower. A dishcloth and spray to clean the worktops in the kitchen area. The lack of recycling facilities in the property.

Had a very comfortable stay, the building and apartment was lovely and clean with great kitchen facilities and the bed was so comfortable. My niece lives in the building and we were on the same floor as her apartment 😊 We didn't have any problems so we didn't need to call any staff. Sorry I didn't take any pictures of the gorgeous apartment we were to busy. Would definitely recommend and do it again. Thank you Sapphire House.

The apartment was very convenient as we wanted to stay a night as we was attending the wedding at Excellency Midlands. Also had a 2 issues which the manager sorted it out and offered us a ground floor another 2 bedroom apartment to stay and relax and had the existing apartment too in top as a apology which I really appreciate it. Thank you for making our stay relaxing and pleasant.

The bedding for the sofa bed was not in the wardrobe as per the welcome email but inside the bed - we thought there was no bedding for it at first, so please make this clearer in the instructions. The lock on the bathroom door was stiff and one of our party couldn't open it. I had to release him from the outside. I then got stuck inside myself and discovered by lifting the door upwards it can be released - please have this looked at. Also the bathroom needs a better extraction system. We felt like it was out of the shower and into the sauna - very difficult to get oneself dry quickly after showering - other than that: pretty good

It was perfect! My son was competing at the arena so we needed somewhere close by and relaxed so he could prepare . This the perfect choice if you don't fancy a hotel. I also met the cleaner who was a wonderful and friendly lady . After a long drive from London this was the perfect place to rest and relax.

Property was a great size & a great location to the Telford international centre The bathrooms where clean spacious and great shower plus the vanity mirrors are a nice touch All the facilities you need and plenty of places to eat nearby / just eat delivery

Overall the property was clean apart from the kettle needs binning it’s got such bad limescale and the coffee pot was disgusting, looks like not been cleaned in 3 years and the coffee was all congealed in lumps and it stunk!

Communication and instructions prior to arrival were excellent. Apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable.

Very minor point, there was no duvet cover for the extra duvet beneath the sofa bed. Wasn't a huge problem for us as it was a super warm evening, so we just used the sheet instead.

Easy access clean and quite comfortable

The internet name and password that I was given didn't exist so I had to rely on my mobile data to use my laptop and pad couldn't watch any internet TV. As it was Christmas it was disappointing. Their wasn't any one on reception at all.

Difficult to get in - no instructions how to get through the initial door so had to wait for someone to leave noisy - the apartment was opposite the washing machines and driers which early mornings was noisy extra bedding - we had put the cover on the duvet which wasn't really what you would expect for the money we paid the closet is such a waste of space - could easily convert this to make a spare room for a bed or other settee bed could easily be a king size
