Tidy, well located, comfortable rooms, good price. I was ill with food poisoning on checking in so I would hve rated anywhere highly but I did like it here a lot.

Bird was lovely and comfortable. Bed linen, brilliant white.

Breakfast was not worth the money. Disappointing that I had to pay for parking as well, so not the price it said on website.

Hi, the location for us. Clean and tidy, lovely staff.

The room is clean, the bedding and towels are exceptionally white. Check-in and check-out is easy and takes less than a minute. We stayed just for one night, arrived after 6 pm and it was great to find the food facilities just round the corner. The reception girl was very friendly and helpful with all our enquiries.

We couldn't connect to WiFi on all our devices but the reception girl was more than helpful and assisted with it very quickly and with a smile. Some people mentioned breakfast which is very basic and simple which is true but we didn't have any problem with it.

Booked to stay to support a local walking event. Due to personal mobility issues was unable to use provided accommodation. Room and facilities were top rate, staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of tea and coffee was made available, as was hot water. This help with my mobility issues as this released my stiff and painful hip and hip back pain, so I could sleep well. Cannot find fault with any aspect of my stay. Indeed when I had an issue following my departure, was kindly given another room again on the ground floor which was equally excellent. Staff, location and and facilities met and exceeded my needs and will not only plan to return to this hotel, but will also recommend to all my friends. Thank you for making my staff so pleasant.

Going home

Bargain booking, chose due to proximity to work location, however it's really pleasant. Spacious room, clean and well functioning en suite. All the bits you need/expect (fan, coffee and tea, extra towels etc.). Although it's just off the motorway I found it very quiet (weekday night but after Bank Holiday and plenty of guests). Everywhere was very clean and there is a decent choice of food next door at the services (proper Starbucks with inside and outside seating). Close to some tourist attractions (Ironbridge, on the way to Wales etc.), although I was there for work. What stood out was the staff; really friendly and helpful including reception, cleaners, everyone involved. Makes a real difference when you're tired from travelling and people are welcoming and know what they're doing.

No complaints. Fire alarm went off in the evening and woke me up, but this wasn't anyone's fault and the staff sorted it out and had everyone back in bed really quickly.

I really don't fault staff and building etec all very good only thing was my car wasn't booked in on screen hope don't get a fine but lady said of you email it across and we will deal with it 👍

Only 2 faults moans complants .tv remote epc was inoperative. .tv remote batteries died. .my room was.right by petrol station main pumps and.i was next door.to a boiler and expansion vessel which kept me awake I did ask for a quite room but didn't get for what ever reason but bèen close to m54 and too and frownings from petrol station I guess it was ok where I stayed but if I stay next I'm having a roo on from of building oh room number was 121 thank for letting say what was wrong for me

Location for my purpose was excellent ( Close to motorway link also) Ideal place to stay one or two nights and also conveniently situated if visiting RAF Cosford. Staff were most welcoming and friendly. The breakfast (In a box) to go was actually a great idea giving you the option to down before or take with you on an early start for the road. Very pleasant stay and on my experience would recommend for a budget stay.

Nothing - Parking was the only add on that maybe for most would possibly be expected to be free when a client of the establishment.

Well, this was a real surprise! Have never even considered staying at a motorway services before - but will definitely stay here again. Hotel was really clean, and surprisingly quiet considering we're next to the M54. Bed was super comfy. Bathroom was a good size, with a strong shower and plenty of hot water. Large amount of desk space and plug/usb sockets. Chap on the desk (Mackenzie?) at check in was brilliant - friendly, helpful and efficient. Ladies at check out were also lovely - all staff a credit to the company. Also particularly liked the availability of a microwave by the front desk, so you could heat up a meal - nice touch. Don't forget to log your vehicle registration number at front desk, otherwise you will be charged for parking as it's a 2 hr limit.

Nothing! Actually couldn't fault a thing. (Would mention that prices for food etc at the services next door are high - as to be expected. It's worth driving down the road to Telford itself to get snacks etc.)

When we entered the building the staff member greeted us with a welcome and a smile , went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a good one . When we left the staff would say see you later and would welcome on our return. The hotel was very clean on entry and so was our room . Everything we needed was in our room and if we needed any top ups staff were there to get some for us can not fault this hotel and it's staff . It's our 3rd stay in 2 years and our next is very soon. It's central to where we need to be for our trips and other shops etc are not too far away.
