Decent location for Lilleshall, about 15-20 mins away. Room was clean, just a bit dated but did its job for a night. Bathroom was fine and shower was decent with plenty of hot water. Nice quiet room and plenty big enough for 1 person. Breakfast was on time and well cooked. Private parking at the rear is very handy if carrying sports gear etc. Host was friendly and welcoming. Coop right across the street and takeaways nearby. Would stay again if in the area.
Not a lot, furniture in room is a bid dated but functional. Corridor creaks a lot outside room 5 so if a light sleeper maybe avoid that one.

Myself and the other 3 lads enjoyed our one day stay with the lovely staff who run the guest house! Very friendly and attentive, especially when it came to breakfast time as they cooked an absolute worldie english breakfast for myself and the football lads! 😎Would recommended here for short stays if you’re in and around Telford! Plus, it had parking!!! Cheers
It’s very minor, but just the matress was a little hard for myself and i could feel the springs coming through it, which made for a not soo comfortable nights sleep! Probably needs a changing for a new one! But apart from that, the bed was presented really nicely upon coming into my room and the room was very clean and welcoming!

exceptional breakfast, and I loved the touch of being asked what time I would like to eat. Lesley and Tim have had experience of people staying with conferences to attend at nearby International Centre in Telford, so being able to cater for a specific time was very thoughtful. Thank you. There was a window that opened - so rare in modern buildings, and lovely to let in fresh air. Had a little walk around Oakengates. A few pubs and shops with a good bus route, plus the station is a short walk down the road.
Rather jokingly I commented the TV was much smaller than at home. I am rather spoilt. The TV in the bedroom is fine. Let me watch Match of the Day, so was good!

Ample parking area at the Guest House. Large single beds, en-suite shower facilities. Quiet area of St George Telford, so, slept soundly. Full size ironing board easily accessible. Breakfast dining area very bright and clean. Breakfast was pre-order and time required check sheet. Breakfast the best have have had in over 14 years of travelling throughout the United Kingdom. Owner's very welcoming and friendly, nothing was to much trouble. Rooms have a service bell if required. The wi-fi was very good. I will stay here again later in the year.

I booked in to this guest house primarily because the location was good for me. I liked the fact that it had plenty of car parking and it was gated. The bed was OK but rather old and creaky. There was a hostess tray with tea and coffee. Towels and soap is provided. The shower was very good.
I was in a ground floor room and there was a downpipe just outside the window so when it rained I could hear the rainwater running away down the drain. That was a bit annoying. I could also hear the person in the room above when they walked across the floor. That was annoying because they got up early! This is all a bit picky. The positives outweighed the negatives.

Very comfortable stay here at Grove House Guest House. Bed was extremely comfortable, room and en-suite was clean and all essentials provided. Breakfast was a very generous full English and continental options also. There was a slight noise from a ?washing machine within a short distance of my room which initially made it difficult to fall asleep but other than that I couldn’t fault my stay here and would definitely stay here again!

The room was large and clean and bright and a good temperature. The bed was comfy and the pillows were lovely. The bathroom was a good size and clean. The shower temperature and pressure was great. Towels were provided and warm on the radiator. There were ample plug sockets, with a longer cable used to reach the bed. There was good mirrors in the room and bathroom for getting ready. The people who welcomed me showed me around and let me ask questions and were very kind. Breakfast was choice of your own items which you select the day before and leave downstairs - the selection was great and whilst I didn't have the cooked breakfast personally, other guests breakfasts looked a good size and well cooked. There was free parking although i didn't use it. I had free access in/out of the guest house as I pleased. Water tea and coffee were provided in my room along with a pack of biscuits which was a really nice touch. Easy walk to the international centre but I used taxis which were quick and not too expensive. There is a co-op opposite which was very handy.
It's not really a complaint but aware some people may think the decor is out dated but it was in a state of good repair.

Such a cute B&B. The area is lovely, free parking outside and gorgeous cozy rooms. The host is lovely and very easy to reach if needing assistance. The rooms are pretty big, and the bathrooms are great, and the communal microwave and fridge was definitely a plus for an easy dinner. Breakfast was also gorgeous, would recommend. Theres a few restaurants and shops near by - with the local co-op being right across the street.
Couldn't tell if there was a lounge/ communal space to hang out in. But to be fair, I did have a couch and desk in my room so wasn't really a problem.

Perfect location, lovely hosts even gave my cousin's little one an Easter egg, the room was good, and it was in close proximity to where we needed to be. The breakfast was lush, nothing was too much trouble.
There was a bit of black mould in the bathroom, not a lot but just needs treating, and the mattress was very hard for me, and the right-hand side leaned towards the floor. I was on and off all night as I'm used to a memory foam mattress and struggled to sleep. It was just a tad too hard for me, the mattress. I'd stay again as everything else was perfect.

Perfect location for my trip, very easy to find and has a number of amenities close by. Lady who met me on arrival was very pleasant and helpful, gave me all the information I needed. Room was a very good size with a comfortable bed, also nice temperature as well. Facilities in the room were very good. Breakfast was ordered using a form and was prepared and ready for you when you went to the dining room, excellent selection and was very tasty.
