For us it was perfect for an event we were going to and had a walk around the market the next day it was clean and inviting and loved that the air con control over the room actually worked and worked well very happy with that

There was something that looked like blood on the white under-curtain in our room which was a bit eery but other than that can’t fault the staff or the hotel we didn’t have any food or breakfast so can’t comment on it but we’re very happy with the comfort of the room and hospitality of the staff We also didn’t actually have time to use the shower facilities as we were back late from the event got up went out for a walk and breakfast out then checked out so can’t comment of the shower either but I’m sure it would have worked fine

The room was clean enough but not pristine. The facilities were OK. For the price that you are paying, it is fine. It's not a great area of Walsall and is opposite the football stadium but was not an issue for us. We were going to eat in the restaurant which opened at 6 and due to us needing to eat early, we thought we would try it. The lights were off and not a single person to be seen so we gave it a miss and ended up in McDonalds. When we got home from our evening out, there was not a single person to be seen in the bar at 10:30pm except one member of staff who was very pleasant. Nice enough and OK facilities for the price.

Not the cleanest place we have been to. Lady on reception kept offering me and my male partner the chance to switch to twin beds as though I had made a mistake with my booking, I guess because he is older than I am.

Great stay and the hotel was quiet. Breakfast was good but when asking if we could get poached eggs we were told that the chef will only be making scrambled! It's not a huge deal but when paying for brekkie, a poached egg takes 1 minute... Anyways, the staff were excellent, super friendly and very helpful.

My only criticism is the bed... The mattress seemed to be showing its age and really needs a decent topper as the bed was a little lumpy but alright for a night or two. Premier Inn mattresses are decent and can be purchased online ;)

Staff were excellent. The room we clean, spacious and comfortable. Check in and check out was hassle free. Breakfast buffet had good selection The bar was relaxing and spacious Parking was safe and free The room was excellent and air conditioning made it 100x better. Beddings were clean fresh and comfortable. Above all the staff were happy, kind, very pleasant and friendly. What a wonderful experience it was, and we have been to numerous hotels but park inn is one of favorites, if not the best yet.

The duvet was fabulous, it was very thin but felt like sleeping in a marshmallow. The Aircon in the room was needed as the weather was in over 30c. Slept in a lovely cool room.

No normal tea in the room. Strawberry and raspberry tea is not for everyone, so I had to buy my own tea bags. The milk and coffee was not replenished either, so even though I bought tea bags I could only have 1 cup and my husband had to have a decaff coffee black. Hotels shouldn't scrimp on the tea and coffee supplies.

We were going to a football match at Bescott stadium, so the location was perfect. The bed was very comfortable and the aircon very quiet, which meant we could keep endows closed and thus not hear the traffic from the nearby M6.

When we arrived we were told that the kitchen did not open until 6.30. We did not know this from the website. This late start meant we did not have time to eat before going to the match.

Fantastic value, and the staff were brilliant!! Especially a lady who said she had only been there since October, I didn't get her name unfortunately 😭 Room was excellent, bed was comfy, great night's sleep!! Breakfast was good, although, I would've liked a few more options with the full English, but can't complain, as everything lasted great!!

The property was good and an excellent location for our trip. The best thing about the property was most definitely the staff. Without exception they were friendly, kind and helpful

The lack of choice of cooked breakfast was slightly disappointing.

considering the price for two nights this was excellent value breakfast was extra at £12 a good selection of hot and cold buffet breakfast service and staff we very helpful to you request 😀

The staff were absolutely amazing so friendly and helpful. The room eas nice and the shower was great. The breakfast although limited was very good quality.

Some of the electric points weren't working, other guests were quite noisy.
