I had an amazing experience at this hostel during my recent work trip. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional service provided by Azeezat, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Originally, I booked just one night, but due to an extended meeting, I needed to stay an additional two nights. The staff was incredibly accommodating, allowing me to keep my room for an extra night before transitioning to Room 2, which was not only spacious but also impeccably clean and featured a lovely en-suite bathroom. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect retreat after a long day of work. I truly appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail throughout my stay. I will definitely be returning to this hostel whenever I find myself in the area again. Highly recommended! 😊

We had everything we needed during our bike tour. Shower was hot and every where was clean and spotless. Added bonus was kitchen facilities available for tea, meals etc. Our host was very helpful and allowed our bikes to stay inside over night, safe and secure. We were touring the canals and it couldn't be nearer, just a stones throw away. Local pub and restaurants within a five to ten minute walk. She was gracious in forgiving my mistake of taking the room keys but I posted them back the next day. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The host was very very understanding she accommodated our needs and even done washing as and when needed was always a 2 minuite reply as and when I needed to ask questions/ enquiries very very welcoming the kitchen was always tidy as well was tge bathroom also had access to a fridge freezer very handy anything you ask for you will get within 10 minutes

Absolutely fantastic stay overall. I made a mistake as I thought I had booked somewhere with an early check in, my own fault however they were incredibly accommodating & allowed my step-daughter to use the bathroom etc after a long drive. They helped us with recommending taxi companies & even went above & beyond with an issue they did not need to help resolve. Incredibly grateful. Should we visit Birmingham again we will not need to look for anywhere else to stay, Glorious Catering & Restaurant BnB will be our first choice everytime. Thank-you again!

Shared bathroom however I booked this accommodation knowing the bathroom was shared so it is not a negative comment.

Great little place. Host was available to check in. Although a couple of small maintenance issues it was clean, tidy and warm. It was all we needed to get out heads down for a really reasonable price. We will definitely be heading there again if we're in the area.

The shower was not draining fast but everything else was clean.

Great host who was very responsive. Very comfortable bed in a clean room. Clean bathroom with powerful shower and plenty of hot water. Kitchen facilities with place to dine.

It's a nice place with friendly and understanding staff and management. I will highly recommend for everyone.

Everything was just as I expected

The room was very comfortable and the tv and sofa were positioned perfectly for a good viewing distance and the owner was very welcoming

Very comfortable beds loved my first visit would of liked the same room but it was already booked on my second visit but room very nice and clean and warm will he returning in 2023
