Easy to locate, modern building, appealing inside and out. Car park has enough spaces (looks small at front but go around back there’s much more) and it’s free. Check in is quick and easy. No ID required, just name given, reg provided & signature. I like easy check in. Card room access. Hassle free. Staff that I met were very friendly, easy going but professional, prompt and efficient. Room was large, spacious and plenty storage. Tea/cogfee/sugar/milk products provided & neat. Kettle looked clean. Towels white & fluffy. Hand sanitizer dispensers in Hallways and by elevators. Comfy king size double that was firm but not hard, plump pillows x4. I slept on the duvet so didn’t assess the sheet condition sorry. My view faced wolves road. Minimal noise on a bank holiday weekend tbh but noisy if window open. Fan provided if too hot but was ok, cool. Not noisy inside. Peaceful. Nearby small retail park with a McD, B&M w/Garden centre & few other shops. On same ring road is a pub with nice restaurant and shell petrol station. Lots to do in area. I think Ramada has a pub/restaurant too. Overall nice place.

No smart tv, free view only. Toilet seat looked clean where you sit but was filthy at the back where seat joins the lid - clearly visible urine stains, pubic hair & unknown brown grime. Remote had stains, clearly just wiped over so learned nothing from Covid. Climate control machine flashing red from my arrival so most likely broke, I didn’t bother. The communal hand sanitizer dispensers had leakage & old sanitizer splashed up the walls looking foul. These were all the ones I saw from ground floor elevator up to 3rd floor hallways.

Very reasonably priced. Food- breakfast is both hot & cold. Restaurant has small but good menu & can be delivered to your room. Also a bar & large reception area with comfortable seating. Also in walking distance of fast food restaurants & few shops. Motorway connection is very good too. Surprised how quiet it is in the rooms for a busy area.

Many areas are well decorated especially reception & restaurant, but bed rooms need some updating. Mostly carpets being fayed at edges. Beds are older yet still comfortable and rooms tidy.

Staff were very friendly and helpful Room was clean and well laid out Full buffet breakfast and a selection of fruit, cereals was great to start the day - please get a bigger toaster 😃 Location is great for M5 and route into Birmingham Blue badge parking next to entrance Huge carparking space front and rear Basic rooms but big pluses to this place Yards away from 2 large supermarkets

Adequate Blue badge parking (5 spaces) with the usual inconsiderate able bodied drivers filling these spaces for their convenience but staff will ask these drivers to move cars if you ask them

I'm not going to lie, I don't know why this hotel has so many bad reviews. From my experience, it was very good value for money. The room was decent, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were actually really nice and accommodating, which made my stay even better. I was especially happy about getting an early check-in, which was a great bonus. Honestly, you pay for what you get, and for the price I paid, it was definitely worth it. I had a pleasant stay without any major issues. I think some of the negative reviews might be a bit exaggerated because my experience was quite positive. I will definitely be coming back and would recommend it to others

The bed and shower were good and it was easy to keep the room a comfortable temperature with the heating controls. I slept well. The customer service was good: the first room they gave me had a problem with the TV and light but they moved me to a better one when I reported the issue. The location was convenient, not far from the motorway and near an Asda, a pub and a retail park with lots of shops and places to eat.

The first room had problems with the TV and one of the spotlights, but that issue was resolved for me by changing rooms.

Breakfast is mostly self service (some extras will be made for you) of hot food. With coffee, hot chocolate, teas & juices all available to chose from. Also cereals & some fresh pastries. All in area by reception. Lift to upstairs and ground floor has disabled rooms. Beds are big and comfortable, kettle with tea and coffee. I enjoyed allot.

It is an older property so little faults but nothing that would stop me visiting again. Car park is a bit small at front and back one has a height restriction.

Booked a double room but the room we got was a super king bed which was fantastic. Staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast was nice. Everything was very clean. Near to shops and bus stops. Not far off the motorway. Very reasonably priced considering it was booked for a Friday/Saturday night when there was a Black Sabbath concert on.

A bit of noise from traffic but to be expected with it being close to a motorway and in a built up area.

Very friendly staff, clean, quiet and a good breakfast. We particularly enjoyed the little pastries. The bed was huge, nice and firm and two pillows provided each which was a bonus. The shower had great pressure and the towel warmer meant getting out of the shower was cosy.

The air con didn't work in the room, unfortunately the hotel was full so we couldn't move. As someone who overheats it means having the window open all night which does mean listening to the traffic. However with the window closed you can hardly tell you are next to a busy road. So if you can regulate your temperature you will have a good sleep. Some things are a little worn & run down but the hotel was very clean and relatively modern in style.

The room was a nice size, with a comfy bed. A kettle with cups and saucers, tea an coffee sachets provided. TV and remote. Fresh towels were provided and the walk in shower was of a good size and the addition of a handrail was helpful. The complimentary cooked breakfast buffet was well cooked and abundant.

The windowsill was damaged with a peeling paint surface. The Curtains were missing hooks and one of the curtains was torn. The fire alarm worked as I was awoken by it at 6 am on the Saturday and 8 am on the Sunday morning.

The location was great, every morning there was fresh towels outside the room without hesitation without even having to ask which I found really handy. Whatever was needed the reception would help straight away.

Says there is a hairdryer which I didn’t have in my room and reception said there was none but on the booking it said hair dryers included which I did find very hard to dry my hair.
