The room has everything you would need. The kitchenette, pans, fridge, cutlery, soaps, towels, cupboards ... It's great because you don't need to bring anything. Kettle tea and coffee with biscuits. There are many restaurants nearby at 4 min and also shops to do grocery shopping around. The staff was really nice and available. The inside of the hotel is like a movie, very nice.

It's not soundproofing at all. Too much noise from the street, and from the bedrooms near you. I couldn't sleep I could hear the phone conversations from my neighbour, and his cupboard doors. It's clean but painting and dust would need to be done. Would need explanations in the rooms about how to adjust the thermostat of the heating system. The temperature was perfect for me but one of my friends was extremely cold.

Everything. Catered for our needs. Location excellent for visiting Black Country Museum. Didn't have enough time to visit zoo and castle but will go on my next visit. Found the best indian restaurant my brother and I have ever dined at. Urban Panjab. 5 minutes away on foot. Blacksmith at BCM said you can't really go wrong in Dudley for a curry! But I feel we struck gold with Urban Panjab!! Found out on our second night that the hotel is allegedly haunted but the only spirits my brother and I saw were in bottles. We shall return!!! I could make this place a regular haunt of mine!!

I was pleasantly surprised! I didn't have high expectations of the hotel because I considered the price low. However my room was a good size, clean and well equipped. I visited the hotel bar and again was surprised at the good bar prices. The staff were helpful and polite at all times. Two very comfortable and pleasant nights stay. The Black Country Living Museum, Dudley Zoo and Dudley Castle all within very short walk so hotel location perfect too. I would happily recommend this hotel

At 'peak times' the demand on hot water in the shower and at the sink reduces the pressure, but this wasn't a major issue.

The staff were very helpful. There was a lift. The single room has a kitchenette with mini hob, microwave and fridge as well as the usual kettle tea. Also welcome biscuits. Very clean. I thought it was good for a notice to be put in the bathroom regarding the shower. If the water was cold, it advised what to do and why. If it stayed cold then two numbers where on the notice, so the person would not need to go down to reception. I was on the 2nd floor, the shower was super and the water was hot straight away. G

The Bed was seriously too soft especially at the sleeping end and I must have been near pipes as they were going off about every 20 minutes, so it was noisy for me.

An older hotel that has been refurbished in the last 5 years. It is in the heart of the black country, a few minutes from the Black Country Museum, Dudley Zoo, and the Merry Hill shopping complex. Very convenient for a day out around Iron Bridge and the surrounding area.. The twin room was large, had a kitchenette, and adjoining bathroom. There is a connecting door to the room next door, making for an ideal family stay. There is a small elevator for accessing the upper floors. There is a bar and restaurant connection to the large parking lot.

Given the early sunrise, heavy curtains would be welcome for those who wake at the crack of dawn. Some may find the hotel old fashioned, but it meets every need for the savvy traveller.

I liked the building, the hotel was lovely and clean, with a lift, nice location, dead opposite the zoo. Staff were friendly. We enjoyed our stay, wish it was longer. Definitely booking again, hopefully in one of the haunted rooms next time.

The only thing that really Carnt be helped and I do understand not a lot can be done. Was the constant noise of the traffic on the main road, but it’s nothing major, and like I said. Not a lot can be done about that.

We love the Station Hotel and have stayed several times. Staff are so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are brilliant, and more like mini apartments than hotel rooms, with a little kitchenette. The bar downstairs is so cheap, and again, everyone so friendly. It's a brilliant atmosphere, whether you're with friends or family. The hotel is also close (literally across the road!) from Dudley Zoo, and The Black Country Living Museum is only a short walk/drive away too. Loads of fun things to do in surrounding area - Sedgeley Adventure Centre has mini golf, a little farm and a cafe. Brockswood Animal Sanctuary is also a fab family place to visit. In nearby Birmingham there is a brilliant escape room called Exciting Game, which always has great offers (fab rooms, friendly staff!)

There's very little I dislike, though the water is sometimes slow to heat in the showers (if I had to find fault!)

Well all I can say is what a change and how lovely this place now is,,,, well worth checking it,,,, also the bar is something else it's got a massive function room and does fresh food from it's kitchen and the Sunday lunch menu is great...... 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍🙏 The rooms are great.... I had my own mini kitchen with cooking facilities and microwave with fridge and sink. Bathroom was very clean and it's also very warm on cold nights... The reception staff around the clock will go out there way to do anything to help. Now the bar,,,, wow,,, it's a peaky blinders themed and it's a real gem especially if you or anyone you know has a event or party coming up,,,, they have a fully equipped kitchen and catering for any event,,,, also the prices are very fair on beers Ciders and well quite literally everything. Well worth checking it out.

There's nothing not to like as it exceed my stay.

Great, best of both worlds. All the facilities of a small studio apartment but with 24-hour staff and a bar. Some pre-packaged food at the bar, but I don't think the restaurant was open. Maybe it will be open in the summer. Other than that it's a great place, safe, clean and friendly staff. I go to the area every couple of weeks and will always try to stay there from now on.

The Station Hotel is conveniently located for a stop-over in Dudley, It is very close to Dudley Castle and Dudley Zoo. My room was clean and tidy. The 'Peaky Blinders'-themed 'Office Bar' located below the hotel bedrooms has friendly staff and a very good sound system.

As the main entrance way to the Reception desk at the front of the building was closed, it was necessary to go round the back in search of an alternative route through the "Office Bar". More information about the food options available for breakfast and dinner when checking in would have been helpful.
