We found the apartment overall to be excellent value for the price. It is fairly small but nice and clean with a comfortable bed. Ensuite had a good strong shower and excellent towels Tea and coffee facilities on a shelf and an under counter fridge which as we were staying there in the heatwave was very useful. The communal kitchen was next door to our room ( block 3 room 2. ) There was a cooker and microwave. Parking was easy as we were there over a weekend so we were able to park and leave our car right outside on Sunday and as we left by 9 am Monday we didn't need to move the car. The window opens onto a courtyard . We were very thankful for an opening window in the heat as so many rooms have locked windows. We struggled to get into the apartment initially as there are three entry locks with pin numbers to negotiate. Partly my fault as I hadn't checked my junk mail and in fact there were very clear instructions sent just before we arrived. Once we had mastered them it was all quite simple. I would like to commend the chap I phoned on the contact number who was very patient and helpful with instructions.

None of the things mentioned below were a particular issue to us and certainly didn't hinder our stay however I am mentioning them as hopefully the management may take heed and make improvements. Although we didn't need a washing machine, it was supposed to be right outside on the landing but we couldn't find it . Not sure where it might be. There were two pillows but looked very lumpy. We always bring our own anyway but I wouldn't have wanted to test these out. The communal kitchen is not very well equipped. Could do with some more pans, washing up liquid and scourers etc. The bar shower valve was very awkward to control. In the end we managed turning it using a flannel to grip it Support legs under the middle of the bed look very rickety , bent at an angle. Could possibly collapse.

The location is decent, there are plently of stores, pubs and restaurants near by, as well as zoo, castle and cinema, getting into the room was easy enough thanks to the instructions provided by owners. shower was decent andthe place was clean enough. Overall its a not bad location, mostly for this price.

you can hear people walking upstairs, tv did not have any channels or the remote for tvnow didn’t work, Room gets pretty warm really fast due to low ventilation from bathroom, but opening the window did the trick. Window in my room was directed towards some small area where people smoke cigarettes very often, so that was unpleasant.

The policy of filling forms was not straightforward and demanding the deposit and required passports It took us 4 hours to complete and arrived to the property very late when we were very tired and went bed straight away.

This property was perfect for my business trip to Dudley. Really convenient for local amenities and transport services as I was using the train. Will be using this place when i am down again. Contacts were very on the ball.

Couple of items were a little worn but did not interfere with my stay. Hopefully when i am next down the items highlighted will be sorted.

The blinders were not blocking the lights from outside, TV without internet connection, a remote controle that does not works " probably lack of batteries ".

good location

The public car park was not open and the barrier was down and locked. Would have been great if there was a place to park the car for a few hours. We had to shuffle around so we parked in a road for 2 hours and then had to make sure we went out for the day at 10am.

The accommodation was great value for money and a perfect loation for us.

The only issue was the blind, as there were gaps and it didn't seem to fit the window very well. It let the sunlight in first thing in the morning, and didn't feel very private on the evening as you could see through the slats.

Location close to Dudley Canal and away from busy main road. Affordable accommodation with a good range of facilities.

The TV did not work. Think remote control batteries needed replacing.

You had everything you needed and prompt responses from the management company too x very helpful x

For a larger lady like myself the shower door was small and a bit of a squeeze!!!

The room was clean and bright. It was quiet and very well priced. The shower was powerful and hot. The Wi-Fi was good and chocolates were left on my towel.

I could only access terrestrial tv through the iplayer.
