Room itself was great. Very clean and comfortable with added bonus of a microwave, bowls and some water. This was a pleasant surprise.

My room was right at the top of the building and was far too hot. Had to sleep with the window open which meant the traffic outside was very loud. Hot and noisy nights sleep. Room was expensive for what it is. A lot of unexpected faffing around sending an ID and deposit in advance of arrival. This wasnt made clear on booking.com and i wouldnt stay again because of it. Travelling with work and booking last minute the process needs to be easier.

We stayed in a small double room with a balcony. Room was tastefully decorated and bijou. The bed was lovely and comfortable. This room has all that you require, fridge, coffee/tea facilities, microwave and crockery plus iron and hairdryer. The only bug bear being the double bed only had access via one side, due to room size the bed had to be pushed against the wall, which means for 2 people one has to climb over the other to get in and out of bed. This however did not prove to be a problem for us, but would be a consideration when booking this hotel in the future and the room choice. Staff onsite during the morning to service the room are very friendly and helpful. Also staff the off site manager can be contacted via the phone and was also helpful. Overall if you are passing through the heart of the black country this boutique hotel is a delightful place to stay.

The mirror above the dressing table is far to high to do make up or hair. I am 6ft in height and could not use the mirror when seated.

Beautiful little hidden gem, the room was spotlessly clean, comfortable with everything you could need and lovely extra touches making you feel very welcome. Very quiet, loved the ease of the contactless check-in and out. Also felt very safe and secure. The Manager was at the end of the phone for any queries and was extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, I would 100% recommend and would love to stay again.

The one and only thing I would say about the room would be that the mirror would be better placed over the dressing table so that you can sit in front of it to get ready, everything else was perfect. With regards to the hotel itself, not a negative at all but just for information for anyone thinking of booking, if you have any mobility issues then I would suggest a ground floor room as some of the stairs are quite steep and plenty of them. If not, though, the attic room is beautiful!

This was a last minute booking and although it's unstaffed, as having a reception desk the communication from Jay was great. Even when I arrived at 10pm-ish and wasn't sure where I could park the car (other than the full car park), He answered me within a few minutes to advise I can use the additional tarmac area next to the building. Everything was easy with entry and location of room. Although they don't serve breakfast, there is a communal kitchen you can use (I didn't to be fair) and a fridge in your room for food or drinks.

It was so convenient to a friend that I was visiting. They have thought of everything in the studio apartment. This really is a boutique hotel experience. The beds were wonderful, from the bedding to the mattress. The ensuite was stylish and the shower was great. The sofa (which folds out into a bed) was very comfortable for watching TV. The dining area is lovely and the kitchenette has everything that you could need. Check in is self service and ran very smoothly by the manager Jay. House keeping were lovely and friendly. Overall this is a gorgeous and stylish studio apartment that was well worth staying in.

Couldn't connect to the TV to use my apps but that's not a huge thing to be fair. While Jay, the manager is available to you during your stay there are no staff or reception available to you beyond a phone call so it would be nice to have that on site. These are not complaints merely suggestions.

The location if perfect for me as it is a few minutes walk from my fiancé’s family’s home. The room is always immaculate, with all the facilities you could want, iron, fridge, microwave etc. The bathroom is spotless, the rainfall shower is amazing. The bed, for me is firm, which I prefer. Overall, just what I need when I’m travelling.

You can hear other guests of the hotel through the walls, which has disturbed my sleep on occasion, but not enough to be a major complaint.

The room was very clean, had everything you needed for a stay, soundproof room so I didn’t hear the traffic or noise at all during the night. Even though our room was small, it had everything you needed in it, fridge, microwave, cutlery, plates, everything. Very easy access into the property. Jay the manager sent messages on how to occupy the room. Amazon had for anything needed.

1. Lock on bathroom door fell off during night when I went to the loo. I had to put it back on but it didn't exactly fix it 2. Deposit link didn't work on morning of stay. Had to contact them and they said not to worry as they had card details already 3. No hooks to hang coats 4. Weird smell (maybe drains) in the bathroom

It was perfect for us visiting family. Absolutely spotlessly clean and had more than expected in the room. Easy to access, quiet, ample parking. And very clean and a beautiful little balcony. We will return as we do this trip once a month at least. And would book early enough to request the same room as it was perfect in every way. Not many rooms you go into that have a microwave fridge iron and board and a hairdryer and tea coffee etc and cold water in the fridge.

Absolutely nothing. If you have to complain about this room then I think your very small minded amd picky as it was perfect.

A very clean and comfortable room. The hotel is in a good location for transport links throughout the Black Country and beyond; and handy to walk into Wednesbury town centre.

The hotel doesn't have a reception desk, so dealing with emails and text messages to finalise the check in procedures on the morning of arrival isn't very convenient if you're traveling some distance to the hotel at that time.
