There was no breakfast option but there was a small kitchen available downstairs which had some dishes and cutlery, a fridge which was useful for keeping food fresh, a cooker and microwave and a sink for washing up! Also the deposit was fully returned promptly and easily after departure. Finally staff were kind and one regular resident was friendly and helpful.

Entry instructions unclear with codes and touchpads confusing. After a few phone calls while standing outside on a dark, wet pavement, following a long journey, we were eventually let in. Also one side faced a very busy, noisy road. Finally there was an unsafe looking light connection with a loose cable hanging from it in one of our rooms!

I was a little unsure when i booked it, I’ve never stayed at a home stay house before but I was really surprised. I booked the room with the en-suite and my stay was exceptional . I felt really comfortable, home from home, it was peaceful, clean and my stay was very relaxing. It had all the amenities I needed for my stay. I would definitely book here again.

The only thing was the shower water was too hot, no matter which way I turned the dial it didn’t seem to go cooler.

-Listing on here didn't make it clear the place requires another deposit on top of money paid to booking.com -There was no ventilation at all in the kitchen, -other guests ignored the 10pm quiet hours rule, -the entrance method is cumbersome and my lock wouldn't work properly unless you waited a lil bit for it to do it's thing, when cleaning staff came they shared same concern but were very helpful -Honestly if price was a lil lower I woudlnt mind all these

The room was very spacious and tidy. The black out curtains were perfect. Although close to a road and with other guests the room was very quiet and i had a lovely nights sleep in a very comfortable bed. Communication between the landlord was fast and very pleasant. The instructions given on how to gain access to the property and room were easy to follow. Good value for money.

Shower could maybe do with a hook to hang clothes.

Very good communication with owners, parking on street free on side road, clean inside communal areas, room practically newly decorated, well furnished and modern, fantastic security at front door and room door, my phone died with code on and they were happy to help us! Perfect overnight stay, no hassle, friendly, cheap and cheerful.

It was resolved by giving us the top floor Room 7 with en suite but we did book a family room with 2 doubles, and when we arrived it was Room with 1x double bed We were 2 solo travelling strangers who were meeting for the first time that day for a gig and wanted 2 doubles. We were told the family room was booked up for 2 months. Was a bit awkward on arrival but after we'd become friends post concert we were happy to share a bed haha!! Nothing else to report.

The place was VERY CLEAN including the bathroom and kitchen and super convenient. The cleaner did an amazing job and was very hospitable. The only annoying thing was the host asked for deposit and my id but that wasn’t an issue as i had it. The only other issue was the noisy people who were in other rooms.

I stayed in room 4. I like the location. It was 15 minute walk from Bloxwich Railway Station. Close to KFC. Walking distance from Walsall Arena. The front door and room door are controlled by electronic key pads. The room is at the rear of the house and was quiet.

I had a little trouble with the electronic keypad gaining entrance through the main door. This would not put me off from using this venue again.

Easy communication by WhatsApp. Clean and very warm. Very comfortable bed. I didn't realise there was a kitchen, but this was a great addition. Maybe add that in the description? I didn't have a TV, but it said each room had one. Not a problem for me as we were out all day anyway. Great communication with owners and very helpful.

Nothing really

The room was comfortable. The beds and bedding were excellent plus the WiFi was also good. Excellent value and the information from the staff was very helpful. We only stayed one night. The landings and communal areas were clean.

I would prefer ensuite.

The owner responded to all my chats on time and provided answers to my questions promptly. The owner was courteous and was ready to listen to me The information about the digital locks was adequate The digital locks worked very well. The room., the kitchen etc are neat and comfortable. Wi fi was available and the connectivity was good. Availability of smart TV so I could watch Netflix movies, YouTube etc in my room.
