Breakfast was complete. Staff was very friendly at all times. We should have been offered a frontal room with river and piazza view. Back views are really not good at all, very poor for a River view city. Room is ok in size and excellent king bed and linen.

Almost everything from our stay was excellent, From Alejandro’s great attention in the front-desk, to the fact that they accommodated us with an early check-in; the room was cozy and perfect for what we needed. The breakfast was pretty good.

The only thing in particular I can think of is that, when I needed cutlery I noticed that there’s none at the room.. Though it’s a minor thing and I’m sure if I would’ve asked on the front desk they would’ve provided me with some.

Rooms were very quiet and very clean, the shower was great and with a lot of space, parking available inside. The beds were super confortable and linen did smell very nice!

Breakfast was ok but it could be so much better. The rooms are a bit dark even with all the lights on. The lobby and entrance are very small, there are no common space to chill - but I guesse maybe that is the style of it…

Location is key. Very close to downtown and site visiting. The neighborhood is safe and pleasant. The room is clean and good for a night of sleep. Breakfast is great, with good variety of healthy food, grains and fruits. The people from hotel are very helpful.

I asked for cup for tea and took almost 20 minutes to get attended in the room. Hotel parking lot is very narrow but the people from hotel are helpful.

The location was fantastic. In a safe and interesting area. We also has a lovely view of the Rambla and the River Plate. The gym was excellent alongside a lovely terrace with a hot tub. The restaurant bar was great to eat in or just relax with a drink. Staff were excellent and spoke good English.

Great location. The staff was very accommodating, we requested a crib for our baby and it was all set up perfectly upon arrival at the hotel. We would definitely stay again on the future!

Parking space wasn't great, when two or more cars are there it's not easy to get the car in or out of the parking

Especially the people who worked in the hotel. They all appeared to like their job, they were helpful and prompt in helping. Eventhough they spoke very little English, they made it up by being personable and always available. A special group of people. Thanks!

Cannot think of a singular issue. Still, I am not from Finland (why Finland??)...I am originally from Belgium and still spend a lot of time there.

The hotel is excellent! Very well located, 100 meters from Poncitos beach, with restaurants, shops, currency exchange, and markets within walking distance. The room is very big, comfortable. Excellent bathroom with new towels and bedding. Breakfast is amazing, lots of variety. The staff is very polite. We stayed twice at this hotel on our trip to Uruguay, and we will certainly stay again in the next one.

The fridge in the room didn't work well, it didn't cool at all. One of the beds had a very old mattress that slumped when lying down, needs to be replaced with a new mattress.

The location was one of the nicest in all of Montevideo. Close to the beach, surrounded by convenient stores and delicious restaurants. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable I've ever used. If I could have fit them in my luggage, I was tempted to take them home! The shower was incredible and everything was very clean. The front desk workers were incredibly polite and sharp, and they spoke English which made my wife very happy, since she does not speak Spanish (yet).

The breakfast experience was confusing. Without pictures or the ability to see what you're ordering, you're not sure what you will get. When I ordered fiambre y queso (ham and cheese) I thought I was ordering a sandwich, but I got a few slices of each. Everything tasted good, but the experience could be improved.

Very good hotel close to Pocitos beach area. Breakfast selection was very good and the staff extremely helpful. Comfortable room.

Air conditioning did not function when you left the room so when you returned it was really hot and the system took a long time to kick in.
