Easy access and nice to have restaurants/food establishments close. Pet friendly! A clean property. Although it is right by the Interstate, it was quiet in the room. The room was in good shape and everything worked easily - TV, microwave, refrigerator. The parking lot was well-lit with good accessibility and there were plenty of grassy areas for our dog.

Our room had a strong odor. It is a pet-friendly hotel so maybe someone’s pet had urinated/marked in the room. It wasn’t a deal breaker for us but it was very noticeable.

Awesomely clean, without using the over fragranced scents so many other properties rely on. We have allergies and this hotel was wonderful—unscented (but very clean!) sheets, no highly scented air fresheners polluting the halls or rooms. Just a lovely, natural clean. The breakfast was a decent mix of protein and carbs. And a friendly staff who welcomed our little pets too :)

Would have liked to see more complex carbs and yogurts without the added sugar at breakfast, but for the price this stay was excellent.

I liked being placed on the first floor near the outside door for pet convenience. The people were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating for my kids and little dog. It was nice to have an indoor pool for the winter visit.

The breakfast was a little lean, but adequate. There were not as many choices as some other places I have been. Maybe some sweet rolls, or other flavors than plain bagels/ white bread would improve the spread. I wouldn't let that stop us from returning though.

I enjoyed the place so much I booked it on our return trip. The first staff that work with me was amazing outstanding pleasant and upbeat she entered all my questions and she even upselled me to join a choice program I really enjoyed her

On my return trip the woman who addressed me at the front desk was not so nice I don't know if it was she was having a bad day but she made me feel very uncomfortable as though my kind would not frequent a place like this..

This property is VERY well maintained. The rooms hallways, and elevator are clean, the outside grounds are spotless, The dog waste bags were stocked. The breakfast buffet was great and someone was stirring the REAL eggs to keep them from drying out, and she kept everything full. Biscuits and gravy were a pleasant surprise, and my husband said they were good. I told her it looked terrific, and she said thank you, we try. YES YOU DO! Luggage carts were a nice touch and several guests used them. Honestly I had my doubts, as it sits right in the middle of several truck stops and I wasn't familiar with the Sleep Inn brand. After driving 10 hours through rain, traffic, etc. this place was heaven. Jasper is not a tourist destination, but if you have been in a car for 10 hours, with 2 big dogs, grumpy driver and back seat driver, and you need a long break, GO HERE!

The only complaint, which is minor, is the top comforter sounds like you're sleeping in a shower curtain liner. The bed was super comfortable, but woke up when turning over or adjusting covers.

Convenient and nice staff

The pool was under maintenance, and that was the main reason I booked here. There was no notice anywhere on the website that I could find. Really wanted a discounted price because I could not cancel or get a refund to be able to book elsewhere. There wasn't much else the small town offered, so the pool access would have been nice

Not really impressed with breakfast....Location was Ok

in addition to paying Booking.com was also charged with a $100.00 credit card hold....As of today 9/22/2024 still not shown on my credit card statement as a credit weeks later! (after researching a bit) I'm now assuming that this was not actually charged to my card, just a hold on card in case of other unforeseen charges!

Room were very clean, beds we comfortable, staff was very nice. It's a good place for our 1/2 way stop on our trips to the beach. They also had a good breakfast.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. If I could change anything it would be that they had an outdoor pool instead of an indoor one.

Staff was so friendly, rooms were very clean, bed were super comfortable. 10 out of 10 recommend. Great location if you are staying in and around Birmingham for an affordable price.

Staff were courteous and friendly. One staff member was extremely helpful as she advised us as to which Enterprise location in Birmingham would best meet our needs!

The microwave…..something wrong with how the carousel plate “sits”…..it doesn’t!! I tried several times to adjust and there was no way to adjust!!
