Convenient drive to Seward in the morning, and much more affordable. Very quaint, clean cabins that were perfect for two nights. May be more comfortable for two people vs four. The refrigerator was bigger than we expected , and the room had a microwave and plasticware as well. I picked up a toaster when we checked in. Pancake breakfast was great on Saturday morning when we checked out

We stayed in cabin 1 and I would guess that most cabins hear the noise from the two lane road in front of the cabins. We heard a train a few times, but not while sleeping. We could have used a fan in the upstairs bedroom for some "white noise."

Spacious cabin in a pretty woodland setting. There was a lovely creek babbling right outside the window. Clean and functional, lots of beds if you were in a big group.

Plastic dispoable cutlery, short height shower (had to duck at 5 ft 6) and the deck had a large drop without a child height safety rail/bar.

It was a quaint, quiet log cabin literally in the middle of nowhere. Centrally situated in Alaska. Clean, warm, welcoming owners.

Could have had some throw rugs to make the floor more cushy, and a streaming device to connect to Apple devices for the TV……but the place had all the essentials!

Nice location. Very comfortable. Heaters worked well. Shower had good hot water. Beds were very comfortable. Had dark, blackout curtains to help keep the sunlight out and heat in.

Clean and just what we were looking for. Perfect location between Cooper landing and seward.

The second story railings made me nervous with my kids but thats about it

Good place to stay with easy access to Seward. We had a peaceful couple of nights with room for me and my 2 kids. Mini fridge and microwave were helpful.

Location is on the highway but a little away from Seward. Surrounding and room size are ok. Facilities and cleanliness are good. Helpful staff.

Need a light for the bathroom mirror.

Nice cabin with bathroom, heat, coffee pot, microwave and refrigerator. Nice overhang on porch to protect from rain. Breakfast made by appointment if you arrange ahead of time. Our breakfast was pancakes, oatmeal, coffee and tea.

The cabin was good and very clean, there was a minifridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room. It was overall okay for the price.

The bed and pillows were not comfortable. The pillows were super thin and only 2 were provided, so you couldn't make it better by stacking them because there was only one per person. In addition, they could put a blackout curtain on the door window (same as they have in the windows) to make the room darker in the summer time.

We enjoyed the cabin and its location, close to the road, but still felt decently remote. It was very clean and well appointed.

If advertising a breakfast, I would suggest it be a bit more robust. The host was nice enough, but pancakes and juice were very basic and underwhelming. The cabin was nice, but the shower was more like an RV shower. The electric fireplace was nice at night. There was a DVD player, but no cable. If you don't have DVDs, it doesn't have much purpose.
