The location is exceptional particularly like us if you like eating out— the cookery is right opposite, Primrose for wine and cheese , Zudys for lunch—coukdnt be better. Loved the water views and the team very very helpful coukd not have asked for more. Please pass on our compliments to the tram—really good crew. Thank you

The room was a good size but horrible cheap furniture for a hotel that charges nearly $500 a night. Felt like being in a hospital. Very depressing environment — so many ways the room could be improved.

Location of this hotel is fantastic - just across the road and a car park from the water. The view, even from a partial ocean view room, was amazing. The room was a little small and tight but very comfortable. And it included a comfy chair beside the window that I spent a lot of time in enjoying the view!

Toilet/bath area is small but functional. The sink is in the room and has no counter space around it. It wasn't a problem for us and the view more than made up for it! There is some parking right at the front door on the street. We were able to get the last spot but we were there during the off-season. Parking would be difficult during the busy season.

The location was great. The hotel ia right bybthe water and close to restaurants and little shops. The shuttle picks you up at the sister hotel across the street to go to te Kenai Fjord tours. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a little area next to the front desk with snacks and convenient store supplies as well as suveniers.

The room was a bit small, breakfast was charged at an extra $18 and wifi was spotty. Therefore a bit overpriced in my opinion.

The location is right across the street from waterfront park on a quiet part of the beach within walking distance of restaurants and downtown.

The air conditioner/heating unit made a lot of noise intermittently.

This property has been renovated and feels very clean, new and modern. It does not look like the photos. Even the bedspreads are bright white, new and fresh! It was fantastic! Awesome location right in town. Very cosy and warm With everything you need in the room, fridge, microwave etc.

Location was the best. Mainly walked everywhere. They sent their van to pick us up at cruise terminal and also took us to train depot nothing

$15 charge for breakfast, but I have learned that you get nickeled and dimed everywhere in Alaska. I don’t know why Alaska is so expensive, but it is.

Although a small room it was very clean and the decor was lovely! Location was good - short walk to the Marine Wildlife Centre

All good. Comfortable room Friendly staff Street Parking available outside. sufficient in mornings; but full in evenings. Have to use Hotel's parking 2 block away if not available nearby. Great location. Walking distance to shoreline.

Suggest to include breakfast in rates. Quite pricy.

The air conditioner in the hotel room was loud. The breakfast was tasty but was pretty expensive for a buffet/continental breakfast meal.
