The hotel was located at a prime location.

I booked two rooms for two nights. If I hadn't called them to confirm the reservation, they wouldn't have given the same room for two days in a row. Initially I was asked to check out on day one and check in the evening of day two. However the friendly manager Cheryl was able to allot one of the house rooms and made us stay in the same two rooms for two nights. It was apparently the reservations was not correctly done by Booking.com. I saw one other customer face the same situation and they were asked to check out every day. The room didn't have microwave and we had to go to the front desk to heat up our food.

The Breeze Inn was amazing. The first pleasent surprice was having their shuttle pick us up from the train station. While it was a walkable distance, it was nice to have our luggae handled from the train to the reception desk. It's locations was perfect for all the activities we had planned for our stay in Seward. The Breeze Inn will be our go to for all our trips to Seward.

Having to say goodbye. Our stay could have been a few days longer as there was so much more to do.

The locations can’t be beat. Located in the heart of town & along the free Seward city shuttle. Also, they have their own shuttle for getting you & your luggage to the cruise port. If you take the Alaska RR, the luggage will automatically be delivered to the hotel and the Breeze’s shuttle will take you to three hotel. Also, very comfortable lobby with a large luggage storage area, microwave & clean restrooms if you’re waiting around to check into your cruise. Oh & there’s a Subway that is walking distance if you want a

Although the motel portion of the hotel was dated, it was clean and comfortable. The shuttle van worked out great picking up our luggage when we got into town on the train from Anchorage (we chose to walk the 4 blocks to the hotel) as well as getting us to the cruise ship departure. The staff was all very helpful, hard working and happy to accommodate us. We enjoyed their restaurant and bar too.

It would have been nice to have a window lock so we could have the window open at night. We were uncomfortable having it open with people walking by. The window on the back side of the room was open and there was a nice breeze .

The staff in this hotel were awesome, super friendly and helpful in every dealing with them. The hotel is in a great location and really handy for the cruise port and less than a mile walk (or free Seward shuttle) to the downtown area. Beds were comfortable and tea and coffee was provided which was a nice touch.

For the price paid the room was a bit basic and dated however understand choice is limited in Seward.

Location was great for our needs, we wanted to visit the Kenai Fjords National Park, explore the small port town and eat some fresh seafood. Hotel looks a bit weathered from the outside, but rooms are comfortable and cozy even if they are a bit small. Hotel is also very close to local restaurants and tour boats.

A free breakfast would be a nice touch to offer guests for the price but overall no complaints

Location is one of the greatest advantage of this motel. If you take the boat tour to Kenai Fjords you can leave the car at the motel, and reach the boarding point in 2 mins walk. There is a gas station on the corner as well which is convenience when you planning a trip. The second is the personnel who is supportive, attentive and acts as a family.

I would prefer to have breakfast included. There are couple of cafes around, but you need to leave the premises to reach them out.

The very good reception desk person allowed us to be in a room overlooking the lagoon. So each day we were able to watch your resident eagles hunt and feed the babies. It was so peaceful. We appreciate her a lot. Plus we met lots of great guests staying with you.

We will never get used to Alaska prices. Higher even than NYC and Paris. But… Alaska is unique and worth it. (I would buy food next time so every meal would not need to be in a restaurant. )

Well located to harbor but a bit far from downtown. Friendly staff. Great view from room. Free convenient parking. Walking distance from coffee shops and a couple of restaurants. Rooms are large.

Room is only cleaned on request. Competitive pricing for area but expensive overall. Furnishings dated and tired.

Excellent location, just across the street from the Kenai Fjords office and the drop-off point at Seward Small Boat Harbor. We stayed for one night in mid-September. The room was spacious, clean, and had a great view of the harbor.

A bit pricey for an older, somewhat dated motel. It would be nice if breakfast was included.
