Spent one night at the BW Cottonwood and no complaints. It’s clean, there’s plenty of restaurants around and it’s a short drive to the old town of Cottonwood. It has a pool though I didn’t use it. I was happy that there’s a washer and dryer available for guests. Detergent is available at the front desk. It normally costs a dollar, but since I didn’t have any cash, the girl at the desk gave it to me for free. Much appreciated! The breakfast was decent enough with various options ranging from yoghurt and cereal to waffles, sausages, eggs. Staff were all around great.

The lady running the breakfast was awesome in every way . The house keeper was very nice as well and should receive more tips .

The laundry facility was outdoors , no place to fold laundry and was very cold and unaccommodating. Price went extremely up after I stayed already 3 nights and needed an extra night , very disappointed in that it was not a weekend. Also the shower didn't drain water properly.

Location was great, good parking, nice clean room and good size. The staff were excellent and the breakfast was really great with lots of choice and Danielle in the breakfast room was super friendly and helpful and so hard working.

Noise from the nearby road junction was loud now and again, but nothing to do with hotel.

1. The friendliness of the staff. 2. The cleanliness of the Inn. 3. The variety of the breakfast. 4. The close proximity of restaurants, gas stations and stores. 5. The Pool area ( hot tub). 6. The laundry room ( I was able to use it). 7. The room was extremely clean with white sheets and smelled very nice! 8. The Inn was quite and comfortable!!

1. The ice machine was not working. 2.The bathroom ( needs to be updated).

Staff, breakfast good with many choices, upholstered chairs, clean linens, high shower head (no backbend to wash hair), open storage shelves next to bathroom sink, large dresser drawers, working fridge & microwave, good lighting, fresh paint, remodeled bathroom, convenient electrical outlets, felt safe -- had a very nice three-day stay.

Mirror a bit low for tall people but that is minor.

The breakfast offerings were very good. they changed the menu every day. The front desk staff and housekeepers were friendly and helpful. It was also nice having laundry facilities on site. We asked for rooms close together and we had adjoining rooms which was really nice.

Everything was great

I like it because the hotel is quiet at night. It's near a crowded intersection. It's walking to restaurants. The room we stayed in had alot of room. This is my 3rd time staying here.

That when we came back from our hotel the key didn't work. But it was fixed.

Room was very clean. Staff were all very friendly and courteous. Smoking areas did have benches so you could comfortably sit while smoking. Also they had a computer available so I was able to complete my "check-in" for my return flight home.

Only negative was that they did not have an in -room safe.

Convenient. Customer service was great ESPECIALLY Danielle at breakfast each day. She is great at her job and so very helpful. Room was clean. Beds were very comfortable and shower was great. Good water pressure!

We normally like an elevator, as had to carry luggage upstairs which was heavy

Breakfast was very good with hot fresh food. Room was very good sized and good location next to a great mexican restaurant. Parking was very handy with covered parking.

The rooms had a heavy smell of carpet fresh kind of overwhelming perfume smell The carpet was worn and could use replacement. rooms should be repainted which might help the smell. could stand some remodeling here.
