This is a new hotel so everything is clean and in good condition. Staff were friendly and courteous. The breakfast had a good selection of hot & cold items. Location was very convenient to restaurants, the train station, wineries and Jerome.

I thought the pillows were uncomfortable and went flat as soon as I put my head on them. However, this is kind of nit picky and probably won’t matter to a lot of people. 😊

Honestly we love Jordan. She’s the reason we booked to stay there and we booked again next month. She’s so friendly and caring and really cares about the customers.

There were some guys staying there and the smell of the weed they left in their wake…💨 made me gag. And the smell stayed in the elevator. My husband said something to Jordan and she was right in it trying to get rid of that smell.

All was excellent -- staff, room, bed, breakfast, shower -- except for one thing that Hampton can't change, namely loud traffic. The loud traffic was not a problem at night and wouldn't change our opinion that this is a great place to stay.

The ac didn’t get as cold as we would have liked it to but it was 100degree outside so it’s not that big of an issue

We let the desk know that there was a bag of cereal on the window sill. There was cereal under one of the bed. There was a wrapper in the tub.

Pool was inoperative, However as a facilities maintenance man for another hotel chain, I understand that these thing happen.

Clean and new front desk girl when we checked in was very nice she help us find a place to eat and also gave us a map of the area
