We couldn't believe our luck with this one. We like peace and quiet and this establishment is a couple of miles out of Cottonwood so suited our needs. We had a whole suite for less than what we have been paying in some places on this trip for standard rooms. Kitchen with full utensils, proper dining table sofa and armchairs, separate bedroom, huge bathroom with walk in shower and large spa bath I think they are called (it made bubbles), a separate loo and a balcony. Laundry was free, there was a games room, pool and should we have fancied it, we could have seen a magic show in the evening. Quiet and clean.

Absolutely nothing.

The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. Lots of space.

We were on the first floor and had a view of the picnic shelters from our patio. Not what I had expected.

Nice spacious unit with everything we needed. Bed was comfortable, linens were clean, water pressure in shower was great, noise levels were minimal and the furniture and decor were both attractive and comfortable. We will definitely keep this property on our preferred list of places to stay in this area. Good value for what is included.

Jets in the adults only hot tub were not working at all while we were there. We were so looking forward to relaxing in it after returning from our activities during the day. Really dislike the coffee makers in the units.

This was our second stay here and I'm already trying to scheme my way back for a third stay. We travel with a six year old so having a very large room with a full kitchen makes our trips more affordable and comfortable. We love the rooms and complex - comfortable space with a home-away-from-home feel. The free laundry and laundry powder is a great touch and my daughter loves the pool and inflatable pool toys. Ample free parking, in a safe area. One of our favourite places to stay in the Southwest - so easy to get to Sedona, but also well placed for Jerome, Prescott, Flagstaff, and Camp Verde to the South.

Last time we stayed a lovely concierge helped us out with recommendations, she was an absolute delight. This time around we stopped by to ask about some activities and ATV rentals, but didn't get much help apart from an offer to sit through a time-share seminar in exchange for a discount.

We stayed in the studio which was plenty of room for the 2 of us. We had room to spread out, the table was great for the both of us to work at and stage our photo and video equipment. The WiFi was easy to connect to and speedy. I loved that the room had a full fridge and freezer for my medications. The shower pressure was fantastic and the water got up to temp quickly. There was ice already made which we dumped in the cooler before we headed out. Check-in and out was a breeze, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The pillows were pretty uncomfortable and made my neck sore. Next time I'll bring my own or use a folded up blanket. That's the only negative thing I can say about our stay.

The small studio was just the right size for two. A separate living area with a simple kitchen, a nice table for 4, and an OK couch and chair. We had a curtain between the living room and bedroom, which was fine, but some have doors. The place was spotless, and relatively new, and parking out front. Just up the hill is Jerome, a hidden gem of a town for at least a half-day visit. This was the best place (of hundreds) that I have stayed regarding value/price. I highly recommend it

These are very minor things in my eyes: Location: its 8 minutes to town where you can shop. It s is maybe 10 min to downtown Cottonwood, and 30 min to Sedona, which is fine (the centers of both towns have nothing to offer that makes being near worthwhile) Noise: There are studios on the roadside, sides, and back. There is a wall between the complex and the apartments, so any noise is minor, but if you are sensitive to this, ask for a room on the backside. I understand the price is not more. AirCo: It works well, but concentrates its efforts on the bathroom. I forced closed the vent there and that helped. Overall we were cool enough everywhere. There are ceiling fans in both rooms.

Very beautiful property and reasonably close to the Highway and to Main Street. Employees friendly and most accommodating. Couldn’t ask for better.

Our room keys were voided at 7:30am. Check out is 11:00am and we were gone by 9:15am. Locked out of the room but good thing wife was still inside to let me in. Would have liked to see the keys voided at 11:00 and not 4 hours early. A very minor point and certainly not angry about it.

Very spacious rooms. Very clean, well kept. Plenty of parking. Well stocked kitchen utensils, dishes, cleaning supplies.

Needs to have an elevator. In our room the doorstops had lost their rubber tips. No bar or restaurant on the premises. You have to clean up after yourself, i.e., do the dishes and put them away, wipe down the countertops, in other words everything you would expect a maid to do. Had problems with the phone system. The TV show selection was not the best. Can't say much about their choice of shampoos, conditioner, etc.

A couple of things: 1. There are some really small bugs crawling around on the vanity in the bathroom.2. The shower door does not close. 3. please stop folding all of the towels and paper goods to make some sort of special visual. Those are the items that people use for sanitary purposes. And to know that the housekeeping person has handled every single piece of paper and towel is a little unnerving. If you need to have something pretty and special, maybe just do one item in the unit.

We loved the welcome and all the explanations we received from Elyce the amazing concierge. The customer service was so nice. Our studio was above expectations, and super comfortable. We saw some wild javelinas in the car park which was pretty dope.

Unfortunately, the wifi stopped working an entire evening + the following morning, just went we had important work things to submit. Our 4G hotspots didn't work super well. The person at the reception didn't know how to help, and we ended up in a coffee shop. Not a big deal, a lesson for us to be more organized if something like that happens.
