4 Stars Great hotel experience overall. Check-in was easy with no issues, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The only downside is that there’s no elevator—just stairs. It wasn’t a problem for me, but it could be a concern for others with mobility needs.

This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel in the last few years and it has exceeded my expectations both times. The room is always clean and quiet and the bed is very comfortable. The front desk staff is nice too. It's a quick drive to downtown Cottonwood which is what we prefer. I will continue to stay here as they are very proud of their facility and we have been comfortable here.

They have exceeded my expectations, so there is nothing I didn't like!

Rooms were clean and nicely appointed. Bed was comfortable. Shower water pressure was decent compared to any Marriot property that I’ve been to in the last 10 years.

I wish they provided more towels in the room without having to go to the office to get extras. Mostly because they are very thin and are on the smaller side of acceptable.

The shower was huge. Their pet rate was $20 for the 1st night & $10 each night after that, for a maximum of 2 dogs, not $25per pet, per night(which for 2 dogs is $50 per night!).The sink was part of the bathroom, so when you turn on the light to use it, you don't wake the others that are still sleeping. The TV was also huge. And my most favorite parts were the darkness of the room at night & the chilled filtered water dispenser at the lobby, so I could refill a bottle instead of having to waste plastic water bottles.

They didn't tell me how to connect to the wifi(if there was any), there wasn't any kind of breakfast(no biggie, but still didn't like it), and that there wasn't a 24 hr front desk staff(if you needed something in the middle of the night or wanted to check out early, you had to wait til morning & drop your keys in a box).

Staff at front desk was excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. We arrived early and they were more than happy to move things around to get us in an open room ahead of schedule. Really appreciated that. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. The grounds were well kept.

A little noisy from hearing other rooms and vehicles outside, but probably not more than should be expected.

Very clean and comfy. The staff and managers are very nice and accommodating. They are environment conscious, recycle bins in the rooms. The internet is great. The pool is beautiful and well kept. They do not provide a breakfast, but close to plenty of places to eat. Some places give discounts if you tell them, you are staying there.

Nothing to dislike!

The room had been redecorated and was very pleasant. We especially appreciated the kitchenette. I think it was way overpriced, though, for a small motel in a little town not real close to tourist attractions.

Oops! I answered that above. I didn't like the price.

The welcome was very warm and in a professional manner. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Randall's restaurant at the end of the road was excellent for breakfast.

We were travelling with large suitcases and been on the 2nd floor was a bit of a struggle.

I loved everything about our room. The kitchenette was a wonderful addition. Room was large.

Cleaning staff was very noisy above us the following morning. Maybe checking to see which visitors had not checked out and adjusted the cleaning above those rooms would have been helpful. Otherwise everything was excellent.

Quiet location. Good size kitchenette with full fridge. All staff very friendly. Comfortable beds. Lovely TV screen and lots of channels. Pleasant to sit beside pool. Walmart very close by for groceries

A 30 to 40 min drive to Sedona hikes but very nice not to have to drive through the busy Sedona traffic!
