Very nice rooms and beds , great pool area , free breakfast available. Staff was amazing above and beyond to ensure our stay was great.

Lighting is strange in room it’s too bright or pitch black no middle. No jacuzzi at the pool for the adults, no bathroom in pool area, kids have to dry off and use a key card to enter the hotel area for the closest bathroom. No BBQ grills which it says in the website are available? We brought food to grill because the website said the hotel had them and then we couldn’t eat the food we planned for lunch. Also no nearby restaurant in that area besides sonic. Everything was closed for 4th of July so we had to eat sonic on 4th of July :/

The hotel was great. Our family of five could spread out in the room. Most important to us was how caring and kind the breakfast staff was when I approached them about food allergy safety. My boys were able to eat some breakfast items here because the staff took the time to show me ingredients and tell me about their prep procedure. Great experience overall!

The property was so sleek and very clean. The bed was comfortable. I love the shower and barn door closure. The property was very well maintained and modern. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was great, too.

There is nothing that I didn’t like about this property. I wish I would have padded an extra day in my plans to stay there longer.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was very clean and so were the rooms.

No hot tub which was a downfall. The sliding door to the bathroom is heavy and loud as it rocks back and forth when closing it. It’s impossible to not make noise and wake people up at night.The breakfast offered is just ok. The quality of the breakfast sandwiches and eggs could be better.

Centrally located in the town of Cottonwood. Brand New with an open date of February 2022. kept clean, neat and very relaxing hotel. great parking space and really nice facility. complimentary breakfast is absolutely minimal and not appealing in comparison to many of it’s chain breakfast hotels. Highly recommend a review of this service as customer’s are paying top dollar not just for the class, comfort and safety but also breakfast worth mentioning.

Complimentary breakfast was substandard for this Name Brand hotel. Recommend management to look for more options for breakfast as this is not in par for a name brand hotel.

It seems like it’s fairly new. It was very clean and beautifully decorated.

I would’ve liked one extra electric plug on the other side of the bed. There is only one on one side.

Hotel was very clean, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were very spacious and very clean.

Only complaint about property is walls are very thin. We could hear the person below us talking and could make out every word being said. Could also hear the person next to us snoring all night. The doors leading to the room do not close quietly and slam quite hard, so you can hear that all night.

Beautifully designed, crisp & clean. Room was spacious and had everything needed for a short stay. The breakfast was superb, with plenty variety. Friendly staff

The location of the AC meant the icy air was blasted directly onto the bed. The louvre is not adjustable.

The hotel with a couple of years old however it felt like it was brand new. The rooms for spacious clean beds were comfortable. Bathroom was amazing and the front staff exceptional service.

The breakfast was OK we did have to wait a long time for a few items but the staff did not stop they continued to fill up empty items as soon as they could.

The breakfast bar area could of been alittle wider not many people could be in that space at the same time
