The location is awesome because it has a lot of places to eat right next door. The bed was very comfortable! The lady at the front desk was nice and helpful.

There were people smoking outside at the end of the hallway with the door propped open, and it made the hallway reek of smoke. They tell you that any smoking in your room and they charge you $250. Well, they need to stop allowing people to prop the doors and smoke. Why do you need to prop the door open if you have a key?

The personnel I encountered during in my stay were all courteous, cheery, and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean.

We had a negative experience during our stay that was not really the hotel's fault. It appears that the child of a guest pulled a fire alarm and everyone had to evacuate on Sunday morning. Something that the hotel could do would be to supply hard boiled eggs and non-sugar sweetened cereals for diabetic guests.

The staff was friendly, the room clean and the beds comfortable. There was a TV, mini refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave. Breakfast until 9am included snack bars, gummy bears, oatmeal and wrapped pastries. At the coffee machine, the espresso, latte machiatto, capuccino, coffee worked. The restaurant "Flew the Coop Nashville Hot Chicken Shack" a few houses away has incredibly good chicken burger and sells beer from the local brewery. We visited the Montezuma Castle National Monument (6 minutes by car). They have a free game for Junior Rangers up to 5 years old.

Unfortunately both the Indoor pool and the whirlpool are broken - and have been for a while. It is very annoying that the pool is advertised and it is apparently already defective for months. We had booked the hotel mainly because of the pool and were very disappointed. At the breakfast, the hot chocolate was just hot water. The apple juice and orange juice machine did not work either.

The swimming pool was very warm and unoccupied both times we used it,, Holly from housekeeping was so friendly and asked numerous times if we needed anything during our 4 night stay. She even chased me down in the parking lot to return clothing that fell out of my bag. This sweet young lady deserves a raise! The coffee machine provided coffee, Expresso and hot chocolate, latte, cuppachino in the lobby 24 hours

Would have liked a shelf near sink and vanity area to store toiletries. Had to dry my hair over room heater/ air unit because there was no hairdryer

The hotel was super clean and very quiet. We were resting so comfortably we slept right through breakfast. We mentioned that on the way out and the manager and other staff offered to find us something to eat. Who does that?

Kinda noisy being a few rooms past the side door. Put a door delay or something on the door so it doesn't SLAM shut anytime someone uses it, especially at night.

Indoor pool and coffee machine in the lobby 6-9 am. You can have cafe mocha, espresso, latte and etc. Staff was friendly, got some info about trails. Not many hotels have indoor pool in Arizona for our budget. It was so nice after hiking during the day and come back and go to heated pool. Location was good to go to Sedona and Cottonwood.

The fan was very noisy we could not use it.

The staff at the end was just wonderful my check-in went smooth I came back from the bike rally and the gentleman that was on duty at night was so helpful on telling me different things to do and where things were for the next day the place was just great my room was very clean it looks like they redid the room it was just beautiful. I will definitely stay there again.

There is nothing I didn't like I was there for two nights and everything was just perfect I know that they're working on the hot tub redoing it so the next time we stay maybe to be ready but no problems.
