Very clean hotel also staff was so nice and always available when we needed something. Pool was perfect , walkable food spots , coffee shop and restaurants very pleased

Parking fee was $20 a night big thumbs down. One night we had to circle around a few times waiting for a parking spot

The property has efficient, clean decor. They are energy efficient. A key card has to be inserted in a slot to turn on power to the room. Refresh service is provided after 3 full days of stay. Housekeeping staff was friendly when passing in the hall.

The towels are not soft and only 2 are provided. There is hallway access to anyone through the courtyard. TP and tissue are cheap. Parking is $40 per night. Breakfast is skimpy - yogurt ran out 1.5 hours before the end and they would not refill. Juices were empty. Plain bagels were gone and the staff, grumpy.

Staff was great, the breakfast was different than most Marriott hotels but having the care and attention to detail for breakfast was great. You had two - three folks making breakfast in front of you. Fresh and hot, if there was something that you needed, they took care of it. One morning they had a full bus of folks, all wanted to eat right at 7a.m. They were asking for everything!!!! They started eating most of the food that was set up before 7a.m., the employees were great. Best breakfast!!! The staff was great, very help fully, very kind and very nice to my two special needs kids. Thanks for a great stay.

The only thing that needs to be addressed is the shower unit had a broken bottle holder, so the bottle was just left on the floor. The Glass door is great, but it leaked water in the corner next to toilet which I just worry that it may cause bigger issues down the road. Other than that, it was great.

The breakfast was good, very carb heavy; the non-carb options were yogurt, a muffin sized quiche, and chicken sausage. Many choices of drinks, and the area for eating was spacious and relaxing. The suite was large, modern, and we were all comfortable. The pool area was very nice and has its own restroom.

The desk attendant was probably ill the day we came, he seemed out of it and was snifflling. In a perfect world he'd have the sick leave to stay home and not get anyone else sick. Also, we had to fight to TV a bit to get it to work properly, although neither of these issues are really worth mentioning.

Clean, spacious, very comfortable

$20 dollar nightly parking was never mentioned when booking. I was blindsided with this additional charge, i got disappointed.

Great location near Bell Rock. Nice view from balcony. Clean & comfortable room. Roomy small fridge. Better than average hotel breakfast.

The front desk staff was less than friendly. The hotel is supposed to be cleaned on the second full day of your stay. I asked twice if our room was to be cleaned. I was assured that it was on the list. Even told we would be next. Finally bumped into the housekeeping manager around six in the evening, found out our name was not on the cleaning list. Manager tried to say we were not entitled to have our room cleaned. Showed him his hotel policy. We ended up with fresh towels and our trash emptied, no other cleaning or service. Not much service for three nights in the hotel.

Very happy with breakfast, cleanliness of room, and overall comfort. The kitchenette area was very wonderful to have. It was great to have a microwave as well as a fridge as we spent the days out hiking away from the room and then at night were able to have cool drinks and also reload for the next days’ adventures.

We stayed for two nights and never got new towels which I thought was odd. Also, it was a surprise to learn that having a car there meant an extra $20 a day. This didn’t make sense to me, why would you charge someone staying at your location and paying for the stay extra money for their car to be there overnight while they sleep? It kind of canceled out the free breakfast I guess.

Beautiful, well maintained modern hotel. The lobby area is very bright and peaceful. Our room was very large, perfect for our traveling family of 4 who needed extra space. There was no tripping over others in the room, as there were so many places to sit/hang out. The kitchen area was a lifesaver, with ample storage and all items already there. It was like a small apartment. Laundry room was big and clean. Breakfast was the best I’ve had at a hotel. All the food was fresh and there were many options. They cook one hot item each day and we were not disappointed with any of them—omelettes, etc. My kids spent a good amount of time in the gym and were pleased with the facilities. The pool was very large with lots of places to sit. Really, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Also, the hotel and the hallways to the rooms smelled SO good. I am extremely sensitive to smells, but the smell was light and calming. Not sure what they pump through those vents, but I should’ve asked 😊

We had some restaurants fairly close to the hotel.

I was surprised when I went to the omelette station and instead of using eggs, the person preparing poured a liquid onto the cooking surface from a large plastic bag. We were happy to have laundry facilities at the hotel. But, there wasn’t a coin machine and when we went to the front desk for change, they had 4 quarters total! It was later in the evening and we went to a nearby restaurant for quarters. The man was understanding with us, but not happy that the hotel didn’t keep enough coins for their guests. He said he has people coming their all the time for the same reason.

the breakfast was adequate. it could've had a few more selections. the location was nice and not too far from everything. the staff was professional and helpful.

The swimming pool was closed during the whole time we were there. it was being renovated. it was hot in Sedona and having the use of a pool would've been great. they offered the use of a pool at another facility. too much trouble. it would've been nice to get a discount or credit for return visit because of the circumstances.
