The property is centrally located with a short drive to many points of interest. It was clean and the staff was so nice the whole time. The views are incredible (you van literally see Bell rock from your bedroom window) Quiet mornings and fireplace at night (they even had individual s’more’s at reception for guests to enjoy and FREE)! There is a trail on site and a pool that worked out perfect for the hot days. I don’t say this often, but this is a place i would stay again on my next visit to sedona!

The only con was the power went out one morning and the office wasn’t open yet, so we couldn’t get any information as of what exactly was going on. But no big deal, We decided to go out for breakfast that morning and noticed it was not only the hotel but the whole area had no power so its not their fault! :-)

Location was great, been to Sedona dozens of times and this was the best place I've ever stayed! Grounds are beautiful, staff is super friendly & accommodating, plus room was clean & quite comfy. Loved having a kitchenette to make dinner with a spectacular view thru my patio door. All this for a reasonable rate and NO resort fee which so many places in the area needlessly charge. Definitely staying again!!

Came for some peace and to de-stress, which I definitely got but (and no fault to Red Agave) there were several loud, chatty couples in the pool area the first day, along with some screamy kids. But thats a risk you run anywhere on vacation. Second day was much quieter, got to enjoy the wind in the trees, the cascading pool fountain and the chirping birds.

Perfect location and an oasis from busy Sedona. Can hike/bike right off the property on to trail systems. Super peaceful grounds, very quiet, nice and chill place with great energy. Pool and hot tub area lovely, so was the fire pit, grills for each rental unit. We absolutely loved it here and didn’t want to leave. We got one of the chalet/A-frames and it was roomy, kitchen had all of the utensils/things for cooking, even a little dishwasher! Felt right at home. There were just two of us and our dog but the chalet was easily big enough for a family. Beds & linens super comfy. Slept like a dream. Friendly and helpful staff who care about the resort and managed the grounds every day! Recommend 💯.

I adored everything about this hotel: the easy accessibility to the nearby trails, plenty of parking, friendly/helpful staff, the kitchen in the room, the grills, the pool, the fire pit, the price, and my favorite the s’mores. Most of all just the cutest hotel you feel like you are staying at the cozy cone. We walked to the Bell Rock trail easily from the hotel.

The only quirks would be that your room opens up with a sliding glass door and the rooms aren’t as modern as a hotel but they don’t need to be. Great value for what you pay!

All front desk staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The maintenance person George was fantastic! So friendly and willing to help and engage in conversation. You are very lucky to have him! Grounds and views are outstanding! Hiking trail right outside my door. Nice touch with s'mores provided at night to cook at the fire. Pool was very clean and nice as were the two hot tubs. Within walking distance to restaurants and convenience store. I love this place!

Beautiful, unique property, unlike the chains. It felt secluded, though it was conveniently located to restaurants and trails. Trails can be accessed without leaving the property. We were able to enjoy a morning hike before packing up and leaving. I wish we could have stayed more than one night, as I would have enjoyed just sitting outside on the grounds and enjoying the view. We enjoyed a great view of the stars from the hot tub in the evening. There was also a firepit and they provide the ingredients for s'mores.

I usually prefer to stay in places where breakfast is included, but this place was worth the trade-off.

Being right on the trails and the views were amazing, the fire pit and smores are a nice touch. Room and bed were huge and it felt safe and friendly in the resort.

The water pressure in the shower could have been a bit better, the window unit AC was LOUD. There were many insects at the door at night but it wasn't a huge problem in the room. There weren't many food options nearby and places close between 8pm to 9pm so it was a challenge to find dinner as we arrived late.

Great location with a resort like feel at a fraction of the price. Fabulous outdoor areas to meet other travellers and socialise. The quality and relaxed style of the resort attracts a diverse range of interesting guests. The staff, including the resident handyman, were exceptional and nothing too much of a problem. Free laundry facilities on offer. The beds were out of this world and I'd like to take one home! Newly refurbished kitchens are lovely. Swimming pool and hot tubs small but excellent. There are fabulous walking and bike riding trails connected to the property, many of which lead to stunning views of Bell Rock and other outcrops.

The bathroom is in dire need of an upgrade, which I am sure is recognised by the owners. They'll need to be renovated soon or they'll start to lose business.

We loved the Red Agave Resort. The view of Bell Rock was amazing, the facilities and pool area were very nice and the room was well appointed and had everything that we needed. The staff were helpful and the smores provided for the campfire were a nice treat. We would definitely stay at this resort again.

It would have been nice to have 2 chairs in the room. However, given the set-up there wasn't a lot of space and we moved the adirondack chair inside as needed.

Great location and wonderful staff. The Hot tubs were nice and hot and amazing even in December. So amazing to soak in the hot tub and look at the stars at night. They kept the pool warm also. People were swimming in it although we did not. It’s a remodeled “resort” with a Mid-Century vibe. We liked having an outdoor grill and kitchen to cook. The view from the property is lovely.

The bedding, pillows, and sheets need updating. Not the most comfortable. Pilling on the sheets.
