Very large room with fireplace. The staff is very polite and helpful.

They have a huge problem with parking, as I understand it, this is a source of constant conflicts. We had a room specifically designed for people with disabilities (we were traveling with one) and they have a parking space assigned to the room. But when we returned in the evening, the space was occupied by another car and we could not find anyone who could solve the problem. Finally we parked the car on the other side of the hotel. The number of staff is too small for a boutique hotel as they call themselves. The administrator is not always on site and is very busy when he/she is on site.

The suites are newly-renovated, large, and beautiful. We loved all the space we had and the gas fireplace in the room. Lots of extra small thoughtful touches throughout the room and the property that really make the place seem extra luxurious and welcoming. It’s a small boutique hotel which feels very intimate. Staff was very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Free breakfast was cooked to order, tasted great, and was very convenient to have on site. Location is in the Village of Oak Creek about a 15 minute drive from Sedona. This is perfect because Sedona is too busy and crowded. Plenty of good restaurants in the Village of Oak Creek and some of the hikes are nearby. The hot tub (jacuzzi) and sauna were amazing and we used them every night (they are open until 10pm). Perfect way to relax after a day of hiking. We loved our stay and would highly recommend Las Posadas if you’re visiting the Sedona area.

They could use more variety for breakfast. It’s understandable that a small place wouldn’t have a big buffet, but maybe a few more options for the daily menu, which was the same for 2 of the 3 days we were there. The food that they did cook for us was excellent. The toilet paper was flakey and made a huge mess any time you tried to use it. They should supply a better type. These are very minor issues and our overall stay was fantastic!

Wonderful hotel! We ran into a few snags the 1st night with loud guests due to a wedding party but hotel staff was on top of it immediately and addressed the situation! They are a very customer- oriented hotel! The beds were amazing - especially the linens... they were so soft! Room and bathroom/ kitchen were very clean and breakfast each morning was delicious! Freshly cooked to your liking and different baked goods every morning! (Honestly, the breakfast each morning was amazing!) Balcony was so nice - we really enjoyed having a glass of wine out there each evening and just taking in the views and relaxing! We would highly, highly recommend this hotel - hotel staff is awesome!

The only suggestion I have is to possibly provide decaffeinated coffee in the breakfast room each morning for those of us who can't have caffeine... but not a big deal - i just brought a cup of decaffeinated coffee from our room.

Nice boutique inn with cozy, clean, updated rooms. The bathroom and tub are especially nice. The sofa turns into a fold out bed which had a thin but comfortable mattress. Our guests were happy with it. The breakfast is much better than what you get at most places. Options included a well seasoned cooked to order main dish, baked items such as cookies and banana bread, yogurt, cereal, orange juice and more. The location is perfect for being close enough to enjoy Sedona without staying in the touristy areas.

Only negative is the bedding. The fitted sheet is baggy and quickly forms excess bunches and wrinkles under you that is uncomfortable to sleep on, like it is overstretched or too big for the bed. The top sheet and quilt are thin, which we didn’t find to be comfortable. Also, there is no freezer, only a mini fridge in the rooms. This was fine for our stay but something worth noting. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again, however, I would bring my own sheets from home rather than sleep on the ones provided again.

Excellent breakfast served fresh every morning during the breakfast timeframe they allowed. They were also very friendly to you coming into breakfast everyday. There was a shower and big soaker tub in the bathroom and a tv in the bedroom and a tv in the living room. They have a beautiful glass water bottle you can refill along with ice attached to the backside of the office/check-in desk. They offered several ammenities that unfortunately we did not get to take advantage of after sight seeing and shopping every day. That was our error to allow time for that. I wish we would have taken advantage of the pool during the day as it was too cold at night when we were there but we also did not visit the hot tub which we could have done at night.

Though breakfast was wonderful everyday the pancakes were pumpkin everyday for our stay and it would've been nice to have plain pancakes for those that do not like pumpkin. But there were other options aside from the pancakes. Just would've liked plain pancakes some days. Also we did arrive prior to check-in and tried to communicate on the website we would be there early and would like to check in early but when we stopped in no one was even around to find to discuss with just a card that said come back at such and such time to check in. The view from our room was the main road if we sat on out on the patio so unfortunately no views of the scenic area we were in.

Great location in Oat Creek Village : shops and restaurants within walking distance and the drive to Sedona which is 12 min. away is very scenic. Southwest tasted delicious breakfast made to order , big and confortable room . The hotel has an outdoor unheated swimming pool that we didn't use ; it also have a hot bathtub and a sauna. Daily room service is available UPON REQUEST.

I find it very awkward that we had to make the sofa-bed ourselves upon arrival ( the hotel was aware of the number of guests on the reservation but didn't prepare the sofa bed , they simply handed out extra linen upon check-in. This practice might be expected in a hostel but shocks in a hotel that prides itself as a four star boutique hotel !! We had a room facing the Hwy 179 and could clearly hear trafic noises (heavy in the morning ) ...for light sleepers , a room far from Hwy 179 is advisable .

The resort was perfect. The room was so comfortable, spacious, had a fireplace, comfy bed. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The cooks running the complimentary breakfast are a husband and wife duo, and their breakfasts were outstanding. The location of the resort was perfect, too. Located just outside the city of Sedona allowed us to be out of the traffic and noise, ensuring perfect views of the sky and stars in peace and relaxation. After long days out hiking in the mind-blowing scenery and mountains, evenings spent relaxing in the jacuzzi were perfect. Can not wait to go back.

Breakfast was fantastic and the folks in charge of morning breakfast were wonderful, engaging, and very accommodating! Without asking they made a special breakfast just for our dog! So kind! Overall the room was fantastic and cozy with a very comfortable bed, a mood setting fireplace, a great TV that allowed us to access our streaming accounts to decompress watch movies after a long hot soak in the tub. The jacuzzi and pool were great too! All the staff were great and we had everything we needed for our stay.

We were traveling with a dog and the room we received did smell a bit like old urine, somewhat like a vet office room - highly sanitized but the smell still lingered. Understandable but a bit unpleasant. The property is dog-friendly for sure, but there are not dedicated pet areas like some dog-friendly hotels have. However, they did have some supplies we needed and our dog found comfortable places to go to the bathroom.

The breakfast was good and made to order. The staff is absolutely amazing and helpful! The hotel provided red rock passes for you to borrow during your stay. Our bed was super comfy and the room was huge. The room was super clean too. Away from downtown Sedona which was really nice not to have to deal with all the traffic and people later in the evening when we were relaxing outside.

We originally booked the red rock suite and when we arrived there, we were told that those weren’t available for our stay because they were being renovated. I really wish they would have informed us of that BEFORE our arrival so we could have made a choice. The only reason we chose this hotel was because of the red rock suite so I was really disappointed that we got moved to a bigger suite with basically no view because the trees and bushes blocking it. That’s the only negative thing I can say about this place.

I thought breakfast was fantastic. Not the usual continental breakfast. The chief was fantastic friendly. Always had you guessing what was on the menu the next morning. Love our room with the fireplace! Again. Fantastic. We had never stayed this far outside of Sedona. We fell in love with your place. We will definitely be back and have told friends about it already

I think the garbage can in the kitchen could be a little bigger. We did have an incident where the folks above us set off the fire alarm. But it was good to see the hotel folks go and address the issue. We appreciated it.
