Staff (especially the free breakfast room and attendants) were wonderful. Front desk clerk was pleasant. I even met with the General Mgr. and he was responsive (--*see "What I Didn't Like" comments below).

All linens at the hotel were laundered in a very cheap, chemical-laden detergent which inflamed my skin. After the first of 4 nights, my skin itched terribly. After the second night I was unable to sleep, my skin broke out in red blotches and I was feeling literally sick (headaches, with slight dizzyness, etc.). I discussed this with the GM, who stated that their laundering equipment automatically dispenses a corporate-bought detergent....and so they locally had no choice but to use this setup. I told him that I understood his situation, but that IHG Resorts REALLY had ought to review this: BAD for repeat business!!

I was very appreciative first and foremost that they were willing to switch my fiancé and I to a room with a tub, however I did put in my initial reservation that I would be very grateful to be placed there to begin with. From there everything else was great; the bed was comfortable, the breakfast tasty if only a little cold, and the staff was very kind and as I said accomidatating. Overall a very great stay 🌟

We weren't able to heat up our room via thermostat, we kept turning it up to take the chill off but had no luck the whole time.

The staff was very accommodating. The location was great if you're looking for something outside of the uptown congregation. We were passing through, and Sedona was not our primary stay. This location was convenient to take in some of the sights, but still have easy access to get back to the Interstate.

Parking was not included with the room, and I feel it should be.The included breakfast was decent but could have had better fresh fruit options.

Good breakfast, clean facilities, and great location.

I wanted to bathe, but there was no bar soap. The only soap available was in Dove bottles securely affixed in a container high on the wall—great for showering but not when sitting in a tub. When I booked this reservation, My total was quoted as $110.00. When I asked the receptionist, he told me my charges were $122.00, I believe it was. I never did see a receipt, so I really don’t know what my charges were.

Breakfast was excellent.

I left a head-lamp in the room. I knew exactly where I had left it, and then called the following morning. I then went back to the property to look for the lamp. No one had occupied the room since we left. The head-lamp was not there, and was not in lost-and-found. Clearly, one of the staff took the lamp. Everything else was fine, but I am very upset that someone "lifted" my head-lamp. I have just bought a replacement, and it cost me about $80.

The location is excellent within walking distance to restaurants, gas and grocery.

It’s an older place that has be re-habed a couple of times. Breakfast area is way too small for the rooms. There was a water leak in our hallway that required fans and buckets in the middle we had to walk around for the entire stay. I do not believe that it was not inspected for repairs.

Hotel was great

$300/night for off season PLUS $15 per night for parking. This is the ONLY time I've had to pay for parking at a Holiday Inn express. This is UNACCEPTABLE. I wasn't aware of this charge when the reservation was made... It should be noted because this is VERY unusual. I liked the location but next time I'll stay at the Marriott Residence Inn for the same money with no parking

It was quiet and the breakfast was great. Staff were all very friendly. The gym looks pretty new but you do have to go outside to get to it. The hot tub and pool were nice, both also outdoors.

The $15 per night parking fee. The lot was pretty empty when we were there. I can understand the fee during peak times, but not when there are only a handful of cars in the huge lot.

The beds were comfortable, and the free breakfast was much better than expected. The only thing that could have made it better was a waffle maker. The bathroom was really nice and had great lighting for doing one's makeup. The pool area was nice.

Paid parking, but they waived it because a fire alarm kicked everyone out of their rooms.

Rooms were neat, housekeeping was very efficient. Very hearty breakfast, and on the second day we had to leave earlier so the hotel people even allowed us to take some breakfast items to go for the trip before the actual breakfast time started

There is a 15$ per day parking fee which is not mentioned while reserving the property on booking.com
