What I liked was our stay was different from any other place we have stayed at. It felt private yet accessable to everything. I know this may sound strange to many but, the hotel didn't service the room daily, such as cleaning your room daily, which starts your day already making you feel rushed. It was different but, all sevices available if needed. This made us feel more relaxed, not feeling rushed to leave the room so it could be serviced. Sedona is a very interesting place with mant things to see and do, it's enough to make you rushed to see it all. This hotel made it possible for you to decompress after trying to see and do everything on your bucket list for the day. Kokopelli Inn is not a luxury hotel with bells and whistles, it's a place well located to everything and peaceful, clean and the water presssure in the shower was great to help you relax in the evening after a long day of sightseeing!

Nothing, and I mean nothing!!!

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The bed was so comfortable! The location was so beautiful! The front office man who checked us in was so helpful and kind.

We traveled with our dog and originally were set up to have a room on the 2nd floor. There was no elevator, and the steps were made of metal slats that were too hard for our dog to walk on. They were able to give us a room on the first floor, which solved the problem. The breakfast was a continental breakfast and didn’t have any cooked food.

This was day 13 of my four week motorcycle trip and I’m so glad I booked for three nights! I loved this hotel. The pool was amazing. Location was perfect to walk to restaurants. Beautiful scenery right outside my room! I would definitely stay here next time I visit Sedona

The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was the breakfast options. I don’t consume dairy and it would’ve been nice to be able to have oatmeal that wasn’t prepared with milk. I ended up going to Whole Foods and buying some oatmeal packets.

They are currently in the middle of renovations so some noise, BUT we are the second couple to stay in our room with our dog and WOW! Everything is updated, everything is beautiful and the view is STUNNING. I love the accessories, the chairs, the lighting, the Keurig, the bath and body products are eco-friendly and smell wonderful. The staff were incredible in welcoming us and showed us to our room. The TV is HUGE and has roku. Stand up shower has great pressure. New mattress is like sleeping on a cloud. Can't say enough nice things about our stay.

We do have a senior dog and she did not like going up the stairs because they are the rugged, metal steps with holes. If you're staying with a pet it's something to consider.

The room was very spacious and comfortable and I loved that the toilet/shower was separate to the sink area. The location of the hotel was in a very picturesque location and being just outside of downtown Sedona it was nice and quiet and easily accessible to restaurants etc. They also had a lovely seating area with fire pit which was lovely to sit around in the evenings. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming.

Nothing, the place was lovely, would definitely stay here again.

Location was excellent and the staff were very helpful and made the stay very pleasant. The microwave, Fridge and coffeemaker were a nice surprise :-) The room was clean and AC was great. The beds and pillows were awesome, very comfortable!

The pool is in a very open place next to entrance and parking lot, really no privacy. Second floor is only accessible by stairs so be aware if you have lots of luggage.

Staff were very friendly. The room was recently upgraded so everything was nice and clean. The shower had lots of hot water and great pressure. The beds were very comfortable. There was a nice seating area outside the lobby to sit and chat/enjoy breakfast. There were fire tables available for use in the evening. The pool area looked nice, though we didn't have an opportunity to use it. The location was very convenient, lots of parking.

This place met and even exceeded our expectations. If I had to look for improvement, the breakfast could have included some protein e.g. even hard-boiled egg or cheese. There could have been an ice machine on the 2nd floor since there are no elevators - I saw someone struggling on the stairs. Really a good place for an overnight stay though.

I liked the friendly staff and the location. I was met with smiles and they even accommodated me to check in early since the room was ready and saw that I had my baby with me and it was hot out. Their breakfast was nice! They had great selection of breakfast treats and drinks. I chose the banana muffin and orange juice.

I didn’t like the shower. It smelled funny and the water also spills out a bit to the bathroom floor. Their ice machine was broken. They do not offer bottled water or have a water refillable station. I had to buy water bottles at the gas station.

It’s in a really nice area. Some awesome healthy food nearby (Sedona Juice). So good. Room was spacious…bed super comfortable and clean. I would stay here again. Clean and recently renovated. Wake up to the q view of rocks. LOVE.

Water pressure in shower was a bit lacking. I want some real good pressure (others might not) so this might be okay for you. I wish it were stronger but not deal breaker. I would stay here again.

Newly renovated, everything is spotless! There’s a modern retro vibe in the furnishings, decor, fridge and microwave. The Keurig is a great touch! Every detail has been thought out to make the room a respite after the day’s activities. Staff is super friendly, location is quiet at night, I really enjoyed staying here. I travel a LOT and this place ticks all the boxes. Comfy bed, breakfast included, good coffee, spectacular views, clean, spacious.

I prefer bathtubs. That said, the shower was fabulous.
