The location and hotel were perfect for our family of 5. We especially liked the included breakfast, grounds, and special touches like games for all the kids!

Our tub did not drain. We put in a request for service but it was never repaired during our stay. We traveled with three children so this made bath time challenging. Overall, it did not affect our trip. But it is the reason I didn’t get the facility an overall highest rating.

The location was perfect for the activities we planned. The room was a suite and had so much space. Breakfast was good and our server was very good. I, unfortunately, cannot remember his name. We also sat on the patio for drinks and appetizers and had very good service also.

The concierge named Stephen with Pink Jeep was spectacular. Trip would not have been the same without his recommendations. If you go to Hilton Sedona visit Stephen!

Restaurant was expensive especially if you wanted to order a drink. Would have liked more usable outdoor seating with a view to sit outside with a cocktail and have a drink.

The room was big enough for our family of five. The grounds were very well kept. Lots of good restaurants close. The s’mores kits were a nice touch to do in the fire pits.

I felt catfished by the pool pictures. The pool looks big in the pictures with a great background. Don’t get me wrong, the kids enjoyed it, but they must have got the angle just right on this one. You can barely see the red rock from the pool and it is small. We thought for a second we were at a different pool area.

Stephen the adventure guide was incredible. The staff member went above and beyond to make sure that my short time at the resort was impactful he gave great resources for traveling great suggestions for hiking and was extremely supportive throughout the trip.

I would’ve liked continental breakfast that was included in the price

Loved the size of the suite and comfort of the mattress. Enjoyed the prepaid breakfast each morning. It was very convenient and filling. Enjoyed the star gazing and outdoor seating area and music.

I was a little disappointed in the view and size of the patio, however it was convenient for loading and unloading the car.

Would prefer pool with lanes to be available for over 16s not just over 18s. In a family of 2 adults, one 18 year old and one 16 year old we did not want to go to family pool. Should be some discretion

Great facilities. Pool was fun for the kids, and separate lap pool great. The spa/gym facilities were at no extra charge to use - great sauna, steam room. Of course you would pay extra for any services/treatments.

Room was slightly outdated but big and clean. We preferred being a little outside of the kitschy center of Sedona which was an easy 10 min drive.

it was in a nice spot with great views. it’s near some nice places to eat and has a restaurant on site for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Starbucks is available until 11am.

it was a little dated. others that stay there are loud and inconsiderate, slamming doors, screaming, yelling, walls and doors are very thin. Available amenities in room are limited. A small kitchen area is available but no utensils or paper towels. They could supply paper products. we were 3 adults and they only supplied a .5 oz tube of shampoo and conditioner. The towels were small and overused (over laundered), leaving them stuff and not fluffy. The shower leaked and the sinks didn’t drain well. Over all we had a nice stay, would probably try another property closer to Sedona.

Sofa mattress had gross stains on it. Halls were outdated and didn’t match the rest of the property. The living area of the suite was nice and cool but the bedroom stayed warm.
