the room was bigger than my expectation, with a dinning table, room was clean, breakfast was ok with some fruits and milk, simple but it was ok. There was a big parking lot at the property, easily parked my car there. There are many brochures of visiting Sedona near the office, which really help visitors to know where to go and see Sedona iconic landmarks, Ice is available on the ground floor, free coffee is available in day time, what I liked so much was there were 6 shower towels being available in the bathroom. Its location is very near gas station and convenience store.

The facilities of the property look old, the room soundproofing is not very good, and the noise from the air conditioner next door affects my sleep.

Lovely little place for budget travelers wanting to visit Sedona and Verde Valley. The hotel was in a great location. Easy to get to, quiet, close to Montezuma's Castle and an easy jumping off spot for Sedona. What surprised us is how many little extra amenities they had that we weren't expecting like the free continental breakfast, free movie rentals, water and ice machine, and a little shop where you could buy food and toiletries at very reasonable prices. The staff were all super nice and helpful and the place was clean and comfortable. We loved our stay!

The motel is definitely dated and a bit quirky but it is very well kept and we still really loved our stay and would stay there again. It was right by a road but we weren't woken up by cars or anything. The area in general was pretty quiet.

Our room was extremely clean and comfortable and had a lovely porch. It's a personal feeling hotel that is very different from a chain. The Peach Tree Café next door was a great place to enjoy breakfast or lunch, and we found the location central to a lot of the hiking and other attractions we wanted to explore. I would love to come back to this area.

The fake flowers make the place seem very dated and give it an off kind of vibe. The breakfast and food options for sale were not great, and most of the nearby restaurants close at 8:00 on weeknights. Certain staff people seemed stressed or anxious, and one even seemed annoyed that we spoke Spanish.

Large room, near enough but not in Sedona, nice to have the sliding glass door onto patio, good value, easy access to Jerome and wineries. Perfect for our needs. Stayed for a week. Needed to not eat out so microwave/fridge was important. we did not need the break room so unable to comment on that. We hung the do-not-disturb each day but fresh towels were delivered anyway which was appreciated. We will stay again, and will recommend to friends.

Beavercreek Inn is such a charming place for my family to stay. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. I appreciated the extra blankets and pillows. But the real reason we really loved this place was the breakfast buffet and hospitality room with tons of snacks and candy for sale. It was so convenient with great selection and inexpensive prices. It was so nice after being on the road for a few days. The front desk was very helpful and kind.

I did wish there were brighter lights after the sun went down. I couldn’t see in my bags unless I went directly under the lamp.

We loved EVERYTHING about Beaver Creek Inn. The check-in was a breeze, the breakfast was very generous, the room was very clean and spacious and the bed was sooooooo comfortable, we didn't want to leave it in the mornings. The shower's pressure was amazing and the room was filled with so many little details that made our stay exceptional!

Everything was perfect, there is nothing that could have been better.

The breakfast/lunch room was nicely set up, thankfully as the property is some distance from fast food, restaurants etc. The small size of the Inn made it feel somewhat exclusive (22 rooms). We drove a short distance to reach the Montezuma's Well natural setting, a worthwhile sightseeing experience. Staff were helpful with directions.

The Inn is some distance from the I-17, with a couple of tricky turns - so its better to have GPS. While the decor was nice, its a bit dated. The off the beaten track location had one side issue that some might not like - we woke to a chorus of coyotes on the 1st evening.

What a cozy, personal experience. Clean, great staff. Callie was amazing.

Although there was coffee in the room I would have loved coffee earlier in the breakfast area. I am a morning person and it would have been nice to step out and not disturb my fellow travelers. This of course was a very minor inconvenience.

Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are clean, nicely decorated, with a small outside patio. Breakfast is adequate, extras are available for a price. with a good coffee supply. Single cup coffee maker and supplies furnished in room. There is a nice park with running water nearby. We’ve stayed here before and plan to again when next in the area.

The rooms could use more lighting, although drapes can be opened for light during the day. The metal bed bases are noisy, hubby kept hitting them with his big feet!

I want to give this place more stars so badly, because these just don‘t cover it. There is no better place to run a little hotel like this. There is free food and some stuff for perfectly decent prices at certain times. Amazing staff, nice rooms, very good location on the gate to Sedona and they even offer VHS and DVDs complimentary for the little vintage experience off of Netflix and Co. This place is amazing, warmly decorated. Just perfect HIGHLY recommend!!
