It was clean, well lit, had a variety of places to eat inside the property, located right off the highway, the pool area was clean, Kids Quest was easy to use, friendly, kept the kiddos happy, the rooms were exactly as pictured, SUPER CLEAN, rain shower, lots of towels, fridge in room, I WOULD stay here again!

The beds were very firm. Not something I personally enjoy. The check in/out lines were long and not well staffed. I was asked repeatedly whether I meant I was staying in the lodge, which was cheaper and down the hill. Don’t assume because I have a family that I wanted to stay in the cheaper property. The breakfast buffet was super sub par for food quality. Nothing stood out as exceptional. Eggs. Sausage. Premade pancakes. Fruit. One variety of pastry. Not a waffle or croissant to be had. I guess at least there was whipped cream and chocolate chips for my youngest to design his pancake?

The front desk staff were awesome, and on top of working with us for an early check-in, we received a room upgrade to a King Suite. Our review of that room: AMAZING!! A 1/2 bath on the living room side, and then a full bath with giant shower and privacy water closet with own door. The room, hotel, and casino were all very clean, and the buffet dinner was definitely worth the $. We were there on surf & turf night (Friday). Just an overall great stay, and minutes from Montezuma Village.

Great location awesome casino hotel overlooking the beautiful Verde valley. If you are traveling without kids, you will appreciate the casino, bars, restaurants, nightclub, and other entertainment. If you are traveling as a family this is the perfect spot. They have a kids play area, bowling alley and arcade. The fitness center, indoor swimming pool and hot tub areas are great. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The pool and hot tub are indoors which was great. Really nice facility. BUT I really wished the pool was heated because that water was so cold! Hot tub was great.

Staff, restaurants, the feel that the hotel really appreciated your business and could not do enough for you to enhance stay and wanted to make sure you would return soon for another visit.

Speaking with the locals who live in Camp Verdi my wife and I were given the impression that those whom elected to get into the Sports Betting made a bad call and have to recoup the money spent by tightening up the slot machines. The fun that we used to achieve playing the slot machines is gone, we went to Cliff Castle for a change. No one expects to win but once in a while a small win adds to the fun even when you put it all back. But now the locals are staying away as we were told and those who still go to the Casino have cut way back on their visits. I guess we will do the same.

How clean the place was. How separate the casino area was to the hotel lobby. The rooms were comfy. Lighting was nice in the room, and we had lots of options. I like how there was water provided in the rooms. I like the game room, the food options. The rooms very quiet could hardly hear any other noise from others.

Just the way a customer barged in front of the line and wanted a key change. The staff weren't as friendly, they really need better customer service. Especially greeting a person at the lobby. I was not greeted at all during my stay. I don't know if it because I'm Native American, but I'm been getting that vibe at this location and in sedona area. Also it very difficult to find parking and the hotel lobby, I drove around and saw a garage n just followed others into the casino.

The food was very good and reasonably priced. Nice, clean facilities.

The bartenders and servers were friendly and accommodating for the most part. However, on the evening of 2/24 I played video poker at the "Verde Bar (the bar next to restaurant) for hours. It was slow with few patrons and I was not approached or asked one time if I would like something to drink.

Our 2nd time staying here over the past few years, didn't disappoint! One highlight that always stands out is how the majority of the casino is non-smoking with a smaller smoking section....how ALL casinos should be! 👌🏼

Hard to think of much...the mini fridge in our room seemed like it needed to be updated or leveled, but pretty much a perfect stay, thanks!

Easy to book, easier to find, convenient for family & adult fun! Rooms were clean, beds were comfy. Food was decent & even more decently priced. All around great time!

Only complaint would be one of their elevators has not been working for a couple months, according to staff. There was a little bit of a line to actually get on and to room, not a big deal though.

I like how soundproof the rooms are even though it is located in a casino. The room was lovely decorated and very clean. I loved the rainfall shower. Staff at the front desk were all very nice. I enjoyed breakfast especially biscuits and gravy. The hotel is conveniently located to a lot of attractions. I visited Dead Horse Ranch State Park in Cottonwood, which is about a 1/2 hour drive away. See pictures attached.

I think guests should receive a small credit for the casino for staying at the hotel. Or enter our name in a drawing or similar promotion based on the number of days of our stay.

We loved the several on-site dining choices. The room & entire facility was very clean. Our room was extremely quiet. The shower was fabulous. The front desk personnel were very professional and helpful.

We were surprised & disappointed that no microwave was in our room. Though we were there for two nights, our room was NEVER serviced! No cleaning, no trash dumped, no replacement towels & washcloths, no coffee, creamer or sugar replaced.
