Everything about the property was perfect, we loved the convenience of being walking distance to the trails, we loved the spa, the meditation area, pilates classes, the casitas with an amazing view.

The staff. One young girl in the spa was always so rude with a bad mood face, and at the end of the trip everything turned into a bad experience after I got a call from another rude lady requesting us to pay like if we didn’t want to. At the moment of check out we gave the card where we wanted us to be charged, but they were trying to the card we made the reservation which we requested not to use that card. After without our consent they charged the card we asked them not to, this lady called us and we gave her the right card and after she was able to charge us, she hung up on us. That was so unacceptable and I can't believe that's the staff they hired in such a beautiful resort.

Our room was lovely, the staff was friendly, the restaurant food was very good, and the setting spectacular. In warmer weather we would have really appreciated the many pools scattered around the property. Instead, we enjoyed sitting around the fire pit in the evening.

Given the very high cost we expected a bit more hand-holding. The WiFi was down for nearly 24 hours and the front desk didn't seem totally aware of it. There were some things (where to find flashlights, how to work the coffee machine, etc) that weren't clearly explained to us. Without purchasing incredibly expensive spa treatments, one couldn't access the steam room, sauna and various other spa facilities.

The grounds and surrounding canyon is spectacular. Nice to be able to hike right from the resort. The service factor was 10/10. Every person greets you & smiles. The decor is beautiful. The beds were comfy. Lovely shower & toiletries. Everyone is very helpful. They grant requests with care. Because of the weather I did not get to enjoy the pool or tennis courts.

I wish the room had a sitting area instead of a desk. The food in the restaurant was very disappointing and overpriced. I am suprised they have not fixed this issue as everything else is so perfect. I felt the website was a little misleading as to what was included with the stay...once there almost everything had a separate fee. Also the in room entertainment was terrible...all movies were for a fee (when currently free on streaming), and very limited free channels. (We were snowed in hence the TV watching).

Enchantment was amazing. The staff are quite professional all around from check in to check out. The room is a private casita with a large terrace/patio attached. It's a nice sized room with a roomy bathroom. Great water pressure and deep tub. Separate toilet area for more privacy. The views from the room, pool and entire property are AMAZING. Seriously amazing. The pool is very large with plenty of chairs around it. Pool staff present for cocktails and snacks. Water refill stations throughout the resort to replenish the Yeti! Trail House staff were super friendly and helpful with trail/hiking advice. We did a spa day at Mii Amo and it's a great experience. When having a massage you can use the private pool and spa services while there. It's not cheap ($350 +) but a nice touch when on vacation. Staff were friendly there. Walking the grounds around the resort was beautiful. Plenty of wildlife to see while there...deer, wild pigs, hummingbirds, hawks. Loved it! The breakfast at Che Ah Chi was delicious. Sitting on the outdoor patio for breakfast and taking in the view was wonderful.

You do lots of walking while here at the resort (which we loved) but I would have liked to have the staff offer more rides on the carts if needed. Also, the last day of our trip, a family with 5 children came to the pool and were being kids. There goes the adult relaxation! We moved to the other side of the pool. We found out before leaving there's an adult pool tucked away on the property. I wish I knew that!

The views are fantastic! The location within the Boynton Canyon spectacular. Our balcony viewed the red rocks of the canyon. The stargazing was amazing. Pool area very pretty.

Balcony chairs need a refresh. No real coffee in the rooms, only strange tasting frothy coffee. Black coffee $7 at the overpriced store. A single cookie $7. The tv didn’t work. The WiFi not available. The line for the store too long. Free coffee in the lobby would be nice or just put regular coffee in the rooms.

Concierge was helpful with planning before our arrival. The trail house is useful and excellent. Massages at Mii Ami spa were good. Cleaning was excellent. When we had issues staff really tried to help. Location for hiking is great. Physically it’s beautiful.

Food was expensive and quality mediocre. Paid resort fee and didn’t use any facility. Better to be real and increase room rates. Many nights not enough parking spaces. Every time tried to call front desk was unable to get through so had to walk there.

Location and room service

Mii Ami spa. Claudia at front desk spoiled our experience by disrespecting me and my friend, the way she communicated with us. Not even aware who was having massage, even though I had 2 people on reservation. Making my friend sign receipt whereas I told clearly upfront that pay since it’s a gift. Saying twice that we are late, we were 2 min late, if we are ok with it what was her problem.

The property itself and its setting is magical. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. They were courteous and pleasant.

Our one negative experience was in the fitness center. A guest was on his phone for 20 minutes in a voice that made his conversations were audible to all of us. He wasn’t using any of the equipment. A sin with a reminder that cell phones are not permitted.

The hotel was exceptional and located perfectly. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our casita was spacious and quiet with an excellent view of the red rocks. Enchantment has lots of little details - great coffee in the room, golf cart service to take you around the property and cozy beds and linen. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Checking in with the guard station when returning to the property. Would have preferred to have a sticker or marker on the car so we could just drive through without stopping each time.

Friendly & welcoming staff from the gatehouse to the valet, bellman and housekeeping. Safe & secure gated property. Room- Casita- was ample and provided all amenities, as well as a gas fireplace and terrace. View of RED Rocks and Kachina Women directly off the terrace was fantastic. Shops and restaurants on premise were excellent. Chris at Trail House was awesome and friendly at 7AM in the morning. Spa was well appointed and staff was professional, courteous and well trained. Outdoor areas were beautiful.
