Cleanliness, the room was very clean. And the employee that helped me at the front desk. He was respectful, kind, understanding, quick, and professional. Also perfect room placemet, I will be back.

The entrance into the hotel is very easy to pass. The access road in Jacksonville is tore to hell right now. But it's been like that for awhile now, wish highway dept would get it done already. I have no complaint, but if there was liquid coffee mate creamer in the room that would be amazing.

I love how clean it was! Breakfast was nice, even came with waffles, I wasn’t expecting that. The rooms were pretty nice, spacious.

The pool wasn’t up and running. I didn’t find out until I was getting ready to take my boys. It would’ve been nice if it was mentioned during check in. The Wi-Fi stopped working after the first day.

Everything was extremely good and I highly recommend your next stay at econo lodge! Everything was extremely clean and very nice people.

All of the staff at this hotel are so genuine and nice! I originally was only staying one night, but these people were so wonderful, and my room so comfortable, that I ended up staying two more days!

the hotel phone in the room didn't work (although being totally honest, it may have just been unplugged, it was such a non-issue that I didn't even clarify) and the battery cover on the remote was missing. This didn't hinder operation f course, so again, I didn't bother them with it.

LOVED the jacuzzi tub (which is the whole reason I booked this second room for one night during my stay there...already had one room, for three nights! I coolant resist getting this room just for a hot bath!)

Breakfast was pretty lackluster, but standard, although that being said, at least they HAD breakfast. It consisted of make your own waffles, cold muffins, pastries white bread for toast 2 kinds of cold cereal and oj, fruit punch, milk and coffee with powdered creamer

Walking distance to Walmart and several fast foods and restaurants. The property was well maintained and I loved the heated floors.

It seems like the air filters haven’t been cleaned in a long time. Whenever I turned on the air, it would smell like cigarette smoke residue. Whenever I would leave the air off, there was no such smell.

How CLEAN it was!! As soon as opening the door I could smell a pleasant smell of cleanliness and also looked clean! Bedding was clean, floor and bathroom area. Staff was amazing and so nice! Air conditioner worked great! So much so had to turn it down at night.
