Overall, this was a very nice hotel with friendly staff. Rooms were very nice and clean, basically what you would expect from a 4-star hotel.

What I really thought was missing from this hotel was a pool/hot tub, somethin you expect for a 4-star hotel. Additionally, the ice machines were strange as they were motion activated, but did not activate with the ice holder in the room - you had to use a cup and dump the ice into the ice holder. I only figured this out after asking the hotel staff.

I loved everything about this hotel. The staff was so friendly, the rooms were modern and comfy. Easy to get around and everything was very clean. Room was a little smaller than I expected but the room was very nice

Pulling in to checking where the valet is, was very small and one way, people were in front of us and behind as and we couldn't get out until they returned back to their car from checking in/out.

Lobby and rooms were very nice. Staff was very friendly. Hotel was right in the middle of downtown and close to a lot of what Little Rock had to offer.

Wished there were better food options near the hotel. Also didn’t like that guest in hotel room next to us were playing loud music late into the night. However, that is not the fault of the hotel. I did think that hotel breakfast was a bit expensive for what was offered. $15 plus for fruit, oatmeal and a scone is pricey.

The hotel room was clean . The shower could have been cleaned better. Noticed some mildew build up in the corners of the shower. However everything else was wonderful. Super comfortable beds and pillows. TV was positioned perfectly in front of the bed to relax watching tv.

Smell by hotel entrance wasn’t very pleasant.

The room and shower were very pleasant. The bed was very comfortable. The valet when I arrived was super nice.

The doors are so loud when they close. So, I could hear my neighbors going in and out during the night. When I left in the morning, the staff was sleeping. It was 6 AM. I understand it's a long night... still; it was awkward.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Location was just ok. Not alot in the immediate area despite being downtown. There is no parking unless you pay for Valet which was $32. I actually booked this hotel because I was hoping for either a parking garage or some place I felt my vehicle would be safe because it was packed full of belongings.

Staff was extremely kind and everything was so seamless and easy. The place had an awesome ambiance to it and it felt luxurious.

I don’t want make anything up just to fill in this space, I only stayed one night and I don’t know if a didn’t like anything. It was good and I would come back so there’s your KPI for you.

First impression, the friendliest valet ever. He welcomed us to Nashville, and helped us with our bags and our car. The attendant at check-in was welcoming, as well. Beautiful lobby with ample seating. Terrific pop-up coffee shop, Frothy Monkey. And our room.. ahhhhh. Luxurious, comfortable, clean. Crisp clean linens. Great shower, too. We were able to relax and rejuvenate. Such a good visit.

I stay here all the time for golf tournaments, and leisure with my fiancé! And it’s always the best! I love going down to the bar and having a couple drinks!

The first day of arrival, the lady was rude, and made me pay twice for my checking which screwed me and my company, but the manager handled it with ease.

Hotel is in a good location with easy access to the city. Take the free tram ride around the town and hop on and off at the various attractions. Historic Arkansas museum is worth a visit, I would recommend the Museum of Fine Arts. It also has a very good restaurant.

No restaurant open while we were there. Breakfast was a bit haphazard.
