Everything was very nice, clean, quiet and it felt very safe. Beds very comfortable. Very friendly customer service big bathroom and plenty of light. Lots of storage and closet space..we didn't try the breakfast due to being at the hospital at 6am for surgery. Great clear pic on TV. Awesome location close to everything..

One complaint only! We were in room 327 very nice beds are comfortable but bed nearest to A/C was so noise everything our granddaughter moved it woke us up. We were there for my husband to have hip replacement surgery at Siloam Springs Hospital. That bed was very annoying. But, we love Hampton it will not stop us from staying at any Hilton..

Location was good as there were a lot of places to go around the hotel. The hotel was also clean.

The breakfast wasn’t good at all. The sausage wasn’t cooked, the apple juice was water, the oatmeal was water. I had to leave and go and buy breakfast. The walls are super thin. I could hear everything. I was on the second floor and could hear everything upstairs, in the hallway, next door etc… the bed wasn’t comfortable at all. It was hard, and the pillows weren’t flat too quick.

The breakfasts were very good; however, they were not any better than other hotels of a similar type. The 24-hr availability of coffee was wonderful as were the extra surprise treats such as popcorn & cookies and the Happy bags. The staff members were excellent and helpful. The indoor pool was great and clean.

They should have yogurt available every day The toilet paper was not soft and thick in the Siloam Springs HI.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn Hotel and, unfortunately, encountered a significant issue. After returning to my room, I discovered that some personal items were missing following a housekeeping visit. The situation was quite distressing. I would urge the hotel to review their housekeeping procedures to ensure the security and privacy of guests' belongings.

The staff were so great! The afternoon/evening lady was especially great with my teenagers! She made them feel so welcome! We all enjoyed the breakfast options. The breakfast lady worked hard to make sure there was plenty for everyone and always a full "buffet". We enjoyed the pool and the room was so great! The cleaning crew did such a great job of caring for our space and making it feel welcoming when we returned to our room in the evenings.

I have no criticisms. We were so pleased with our stay. There's nothing I would change.

The breakfast was good. But the best part was the friendly staff at this Hampton Inn. Everyone there was extremely nice and helpful. One of the best of ever encountered.

There was nothing I dis-liked. Only thing maybe was if there had been gravy with the breakfast instead of oatmeal, which I can't stand, lol.

We were passing through and decided to stay here. My expectations were low, but I was very impressed with how nice everyone was, how clean the whole hotel was, and breakfast was great. If I’m in the area again, I’ll stay here for sure.

My key didn’t work a couple times. But then they got it fixed.

The hotel was extremely clean, the staff was attentive and friendly and the room spacious and comfortable.

The fruit provided with the breakfast had an aftertaste. Like something was put on it to keep it from browning. It caused the fruit to have a bitter flavor.

It was nice and warm and clean and the people were so nice and friendly that’s a nice place for a little bit and the breakfast was delicious yes it was ty god bless 🙏🙏😇😇
