The property manager was very kind, helpful and communicative. The owner struck gold hiring her. I always knew help was only a phone call away. There was a second TV in the bedroom, two balconies, and access to a golf cart was a game changer. The shower/tub combo included multiple hand rails for safety (which really helped, especially since the tub is a little slippery). The bed was soft and comfy. Did I mention that the golf cart was an absolute must?

The complex is not accessible-friendly. There are steps between the street and the elevator, and steps again between the elevator and the unit. Not ideal for those who have difficulty traversing stairs.

The condo comes with a gas powered golf cart 24/7. This is a huge bonus. Our hostess, Alison, was incredibly welcoming and really tried to make our stay special and unique. She allowed us to keep our bags in the condo on the last day because our boat didn't leave until 5:00pm. She is very helpful and willing to help in any way. We will be back. I can't imagine staying anywhere else. The location is quiet and off the tourist streets. The building is sound proofed and the stay felt very safe and quiet.

Be aware there are stairs. Lots of them. If you can't drag your bags up 20 steps plus the elevator, this is not for you. We chose not to use the pool which is small and heavily chlorinated, great for the kiddies.

The Property Manager Allison is fabulous and hands on. She made everything seamless and easy. She actually met us at the pier and drove us in a golf cart to the Condo Complex.

The pictures on Booking.com were very honest. The condo is worn and needs to have a little remodeling done. All the furniture is old and covered. The bed was a double, so although a very good comfortable mattress, it's a little small for 2 adults that are used to a King size bed. The complex was within walking distance to everything. This place would be very hard for anyone with walking disabilities as there are a lot of stairs, even to get to an elevator, and once off the elevator, there's a few more stairs. Having a golfcart at your disposal made it up for the old condo. It made us free to do anything we pleased to visit on the island, and the gas was included. "SHOUT OUT" to Allison, the hostess and property manager. She's the bomb!

The service and personal attention we received from Allison, the manager, began long before our arrival with informative emails and texts, answering all of our questions. It was as if we were meeting an old friend when we got picked up at the ferry landing. She brought our golf cart and had her own to transport the luggage. The condo facility was clean and well maintained, making for a safe and pleasant environment. The unit itself was lovely and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was completely equipped and even had condiments and seasonings in a cupboard. Both a drip and k-cup coffeemaker, with coffee, cream and sugar available. Livingroom was comfortable, with a large flat screen TV and sofa which converted to a bed. Balcony provided a view of the interior courtyard of the complex. Bedroom was enormous, with a wonderful bed and plenty of seating and storage. Bathroom was spotless, loaded with lots of towels and amenities. Everything was well maintained and worked! It was an excellent stay. Having the included golf cart added such enjoyment to our stay. It gave us the freedom to explore the town of Avalon at our own pace and take in the views from the scenic overlooks. No problems finding parking in front of the condo complex and at the various tourists destinations. Overnight parking in a private lot just a short block away. Plus, it was fun! Allison was wonderful throughout our stay. Whenever we had questions, she quickly got back to us with a text. She was able to accommodate our late departure from Catalina by allowing us to store our luggage while continuing to explore the town on our last day. She made our experience worry free and we'd definitely like to return in the future.

This will be short, because our stay was so great. The pool area was clean and looked so inviting. However, in the winter season, the pool and jacuzzi are only heated on the weekends, so we opted not to use the facilities.

The unit was well located only minutes from the waterfront. The golf card served us well, since we had one member that had some mobility issues. Everything we needed was in the condo, including a cot, plenty of towels, everything we needed in the kitchen and even a clothes steamer and high chair (which we didn’t need). The unit was clean and there were even board games and the ability to stream movies.

You should know there are some stairs, but not a lot to get to the elevator and to the room.

First of all on arrival, owner, Allison was incredible, very responsive and on top of everything. Location was great accessible to everything. Most importantly having a Go cart included for the entire the vacation was a cherry on top. Accommodations were great. We did not use the pool but it was available if we needed it

The sofa bed in the living room copy have been a bit more comfortable.

I would give 100 star ⭐️ rating. They met us early at the boat and let us use the golf cart to get around the island. We were able to put our luggage in the condo while they were getting it ready. They worked diligently to clean the condo and had it ready early. They let us check out late and use the golf cart until our boat was scheduled to leave. I have never stayed anywhere that was so caring and accommodating. This is the only place I will stay when vacationing on Catalina Island.

Nothing to dislike it was perfect.

Engaging, accommodating & kind property manager Allison picked us up from the ferry dock & transported us to our condo. She provided us full access & use of a golf cart for our three day stay. The condo is beautiful & fully equipped with things we needed to cook, make coffee, bathe comfortably & sleep warm & cozy!

The extra queen-sized sofa bed has the typical middle metal bar which is not comfortable to sleep on. Was able to sleep on either side of it to sleep. Maybe provide an extra mattress foam to soften placement of metal bar?

We go to Catalina 3x a year & love to try different hotels. This time around, we decided to give this condo a try. It was hands down the best stay we had & we will definitely be back. It feels more “local living”. The condo was clean & felt cozy like home. ALLISON WAS AMAZING! she allowed us to extend our check out & keep the golf cart after check out. This helped me tremendously due to having a knee injury and not able to walk. She also has her phone on her 24/7 so its so convenient to reach out incase of anything. I do want to mention, the golf cart is a huge plus!!! Its so convenient having one during our stay. For example, you can take the scenic route early morning and take the view in before the rental places open & it gets crowded.

Its hard sometimes to find parking near the entrance and from 10pm-6am you have to park it a block away, this wasnt much of a inconvenience considering you get to use the cart, but just so people are aware.

We liked the property manager, golf cart, and pool. We weren’t in the condo a lot, we only slept and ate breakfast there. We were so tired by the time we would get back, we had no trouble falling asleep.

Maybe cart parking? The cart has to be parked down the street every night. This is probably out of everyone’s control so I shouldn’t even mention it. I’m really digging deep here. The condo was perfect for two adults and two kids.
