The guesthouse was laid out like a little community, with common areas for relaxing in spaces you'd see in "outdoor living" magazines. The lounging/dining room was inviting, efficiently laid out, and clean. The communal deck with fire pit and propane barbeques for guest use seemed more spacious because there was a little pond that connected with the natural creek that flows past the property, and around the pond were trees that screened even more open space -- an RV park -- behind the property. The bunks were comfortable and the bedding was just right. Goods from the Owens Valley's premier bakery (next door) made morning coffee in the dining area even more enjoyable.

Great model: indoor common area - kitchen with hot plates and dishes, tables, couches, laundry area, books, games; outdoor common area with gas grills, fire pit, and lawns with tables and hammocks! Even some spare hiking gear! Room was clean and quiet, bed was comfortable, staff pleasant and responsive. Good free coffee and tea. Close to downtown restaurants, bakeries, etc.

Hotel is on busy street with truck traffic. The room we had could use hooks for hanging clothes.

Awesome place for a single traveler. I absolutely love the community room. There is a community kitchen extremely well stocked. Just bring your food. Space in refrigerator for each room and cubbies. WiFi , outdoor seating areas. After skiing my friends joined me here for a dinner picnic. They loved it too. I’ll be back again

Wish it was located in the City of Mammoth Lakes. Maybe time for a 2nd location

Everything is pristine and cozy, the bed is comfy, the mini split AC works great, great bathroom too. The community area is wonderful and spacious, with the fridge section and kitchen there you can easily stay several days. Great concept with privacy where you need it and communal setting where you don’t. Highly recommend.

Because Bishop is such an adventure hot spot, the location and layout was perfect. Getting up and grabbing a free cup of coffee before you lay out your maps and plan your adventures was great. The centralized communal room and kitchen was the perfect place to do this, and meet people doing the same thing.

The place was amazing, so this is just nit picky for the sake of having to put down something. Our check in code did not work when we showed up. No big deal. It was sorted out in minutes, but it would have been bothersome if we showed up after hours.

Cute and comfy. Great location. Walking to places we wanted to go was never more than 15 mins each way. Room was clean and comfortable. The windows blocked road noise. Enjoyed the common area & having our own shelf in the big fridge. We loved that Lucy the cat came to visit and hang out for a bit each night.

Really cute, modern, farmhouse style decoration. Lots of privacy. Great location. Loved the quiet and peaceful surroundings. We also loved how close it was to everything. There is a community room where you can have free coffee and tea.

The bed was too firm for my liking but that's just me. Also, I prefer cotton sheets. The microfiber sheets cause static electricity all night, which was not enjoyable.

It's a great, comfortable place to stay in Bishop. We stayed here before and after a bikepacking trip. I liked how our room was very private and home-like, but there is also a nice common space for people who want to interact with fellow travelers.

The accommodation is for hikers in the area. The room was comfortable as was the bed. I had a relaxing night as was joined by Lucy the Cat! Not sure she was allowed in our room, but I was missing my cat and she cheered me up. The town of Bishop is a surprise. I thought it would be quiet, but was a bustling strip. Went to the local bars and everyone was really friendly :)

Fantastic location in Bishop - 1 minute to the bakery, the proximity of Sierra Nevada trails, and a good layover spot on the way to Yosemite. The object has everything you might need - a common kitchen is well equipped, same applies to the grill and relax areas. You can relax by the fireplace on the cooler evenings. The staff is friendly, helpful and specialty coffee is complimentary in the morning. The design is also very cozy and nice, cleanliness is perfect.

Our room was very basic, but this is the concept of the whole place - common kitchen, recreation areas, etc. However, it wasn't a problem for us at all.
