The breakfast was great! I enjoyed the rooms spaciousness, it was an accessible room & quite easy to get around.

One thing my husband does when ever he stays in any hotel is check the filters in the AC & almost every time they are loaded with all the stuff they are there for, they just don't work as efficiently. This is not the only hotel I've run into the problem I get an accessible room because I need to be able to reach things one thing I have been unable to reach in the last several hotels is in the shower it's the body wash, shampoo & conditioner. It's a good thing there are plastic cups to put those things in before getting in.

The location is good with a Dennys next door. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. They provide breakfast options such as bagels, muffins, eggs, yogurt, make your own waffles and coffee, juice, etc.

The front desk women were rude. Upon check in, we arrived at 11:15 am. I was rudely told that I couldn't check in until 3 pm. When I said that I had paid for early check in, she wasn't please. She found a room that was clean on the 2nd floor which we took.

Pros. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was big and the shower was good. The breakfast was great.

Cons. It was difficult to check in. The entrances were blocked off because of painting with no signage telling us how to get into the building, luckily we ran into a worker passing from one building to the next and asked for directions to the lobby. The room smelled moldy-musty, there were only 2 towels, we reserved the room for 3 people. The air conditioner was right up next to one of the beds. No extra blankets in the room. There's no way to keep the room cool without freezing the person sleeping in the bed next to the air. The temps outside were 100+ F. Won't stay there again. And will tell all family and friends traveling through not to stay at this one.

The ability to check in very late was wonderful. My son appreciated his breakfast, although it was crowded and hard to get a table. I was not feeling well when we checked in, and the bed was very comfortable. I woke up feeling much better.

The window coverings did not open and close properly. Also, there were a lot of bugs in the hallway, and on the outside doorways leading into the halls. It didn't bother me but I know some people who would not be happy if a hotel room felt more like camping that they didn't sign up for.

We were pleasantly surprised by the property. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional (bacon, eggs, French toast, waffles, fruit, juice and a variety of breads, muffins and bagels). I delivered a plate to my husband then enjoyed a quiet hour in the pool. It was reasonably priced too. We would definitely stay there again.

My husband wanted a bubble bath and couldn’t locate the stopper. He did like the rain shower shower head.

The room looked like it had been recently remodeled and was great. Furniture and fixtures were excellent. Breakfast buffet was very good and the staff was very friendly.

We arrived early and after checking in, we were told that the room keys would not be availlable until after 2:30 p.m. and that was fine. We were told that we would have room with direct access to parking which would facilitate getting our baggage into the room. However, when we returned at 4:30 p.m., the desk clerk said there no rooms available with sliding doors and everyone had checked in, so there was no recourse except to accept an inside room with a view of the noisy highway.

The bed was comfortable. The pillows, sheets and linen were very clean. The bathroom and towels were clean. The front staff was friendly. The cleaning staff was very efficient and friendly. The breakfast had a decent selection of items- good coffee.

There was not enough room in the breakfast area. The seats were too crowded.

The room was very comfortable and the hotel was located within walking distance to Old Downtown Jackson and close to highways we needed. The breakfast, including eggs, bacon and sausage, was one of the best we have had. Kudos to the breakfast staff for keeping food stocked and their friendly attitude.

Didn’t like construction workers standing outside our room and talking loudly in the evening.

breakfast and staff were great, the room was clean, neat, had all the amenities needed, bed was comfy, location central to most everything. Altho directly across from Denny's in the same parking lot, the breakfast provided was eggs, meat, waffles, potatoes, toast, cereal, muffins.... literally no need to go across the lot!

there was a puddle of water atop the landing of stairs when we arrived, it remained for about 24 hours then removed and a "wet" sign placed. also the doors had secure entry capabilities but they were not activated and in fact left open, and several times I saw people laying on hall floors and handing out on the landing.

It was clean friendly and there was a fire place the room was cozy and quiet. The staff were very helpful and polite, very respectful and greeted you as soon as you came in the door, The facility was clean, even in the hallway and stairwells I will recommend staying here to my friends
