The staff was very nice and helpful. At one point I was coming back and my blood pressure dropped so I needed to sit down in the lobby and the lady on duty came out to ask if I needed anything and after explaining the situation asked me if I needed any help. That's above and beyond. The room was amazing and everything was clean CLEAN.

I only rented here because of the indoor pool and gym. They were both closed down and no longer allowed to be used. Other then that it was good.

The location was great. It was very close to where the funeral was held. There were plenty of restaurants near by.

The A/C & heater was broken. There were no extra blankets in the room.

The room was extremely clean and homely. The shower and facilities were excellent. Andy the receptionist and all the staff were very helpful

room was clean and has a table with a couple comfortable seats, which was a definite plus for eating take-out inside the room. Shower head had good flow and everything worked inside room. Bed had plenty of pillows. The woman working desk named Dayleen provided great customer service, was very nice and professional.

Would rather have had a room upstairs, as requested. Didn't find out until I arrived that the whole upstairs floor was under renovation.
