We enjoy the nice open lobby and the easy access to the rooms. Hot water constantly in the showers. The rooms are well lit and the bed is comfortable. The cleaning ladies do a great job of prepping the rooms for our stay. A lot of parking but it does fill up fast. Rooms are air conditioned and the little fridge is a plus. We slept great due to the quiet rooms. The perfect place for us!

We did have to go to the front desk to have the key cards remagnetized frequently during our stay. We wished the carpets in the rooms would be shampooed. And one of the elevators was out all weekend so it was either use the stairs or walk to the other end of the building.

Location is convenient being at north end of town. Close to shops and restaurants. Even though it’s located next to a small airport, the rooms are very quiet.

Carpeting in the rooms need to be cleaned. The buildings are dated and are in need of repair. Parking fills up quick and not allowed to park on nearby DMV parking even when DMV is closed. Front desk staff could be a bit more friendly when checking in. Toilets in the rooms are short and have trouble flushing at times.

Outside appearance of the hotel is nice, and there is a pool and hot tub for use. Breakfast room was large and offerings there were fine for a quick breakfast. The staff/waitress was friendly and busy, making sure food items were warm and full. Location close to freeway, restaurants and shopping.

Maybe one more USB port or conveniently placed outlet. Some updates in room might be needed (i.e. wallpaper or bathroom doors). Nice (thin) granite shower walls. Office staff could have been a little more welcoming.

It is a basic US city hotel. Good parking space and quiet location. Comfortable bed, To my surprise, the shower had a faucet that really could control flow and temperature independently. My room had a good working desk but with a metal rail that could use some love. I also liked Floriano's nearby restaurant for my dinner, reasonable prices, good food and better staff.

The breaksfast is nothing you would write home about, too much industrial produce and no fruit (at least at the late time I had it). On the positive side, it had two taps with real milk.

The kitchenette queen suite was a life saver for our little family for washing bottles and having a place for our 4 year old to sit and eat. It was very spacious and helped us stay organized.

The mattress on the sofa bed needed to be replaced (like every other hotel it seems). There were unknown stains (probably what you can assume) on the bottom of the mattress but it did have clean sheets unlike many hotels we have stayed at.

Breakfast was good, location was convenient, many stores close by, staffs are nice and friendly, free self parking, 10mins away from beach, had all the things we needed for the time we stayed. There was a pool but weather was cold. Coffee, different tea choices, hot cholocate available 24hrs. The staff little lady in the breakfast area was very friendly and helpful.

The room smell old and furnitures are outdated but still work. Door frame on the inside of our room where the lock is was cracked from top to bottom and doesn't sit flush to wall. Seems to me like someone tried to push their way into the room and the frame popped out. Elevator is very old and slow. We took the stairs and it was fine. We had no issues staying so it was okay.

This time’s experience was way better than last visit. Last time was full of people. Staff wasn’t experienced and waited nearly two hours to check in. The room was old and toilet was plugged. Since I have already known the facilities are old, even out of date, all others are very fine this time. The location is a big plus! Overall, I am satisfied this time. Thanks

The facilities are quite old and out of date. Paint came off, machines are broken etc. All others are fine.

The property looked appealing and was clean.

The fire alarm went off at 5am on my first night. I asked the attendant at the front desk what happened and she said she went into a room and smelled cigarette smoke and she pulled the fire alarm! I was not happy that she pulled the alarm waking everyone for someone smoking in their room! I asked for a credit, but she said she could not provide a credit since I went through Booking.com. Booking.com would need to issue a credit. Consider this the request to credit. The second night was good.

Everything was ok 👍 the Only thing is that some people are not that polite... When I checked out there was this older man with a gray long beard No Manners, not even good morning or thank you, I just grabbed the Receipt and Left but everything else was fine. You should train your personnel to be polite even if they don't like it.

The gal that greeted us at the front desk was very nice. The price of the room with the AAA discount was fantastic.

All the trash cans around the hotel were full and trash was all over on the ground and around the hotel. We came there specifically for the hot tub but it was broken and closed so it was too cold to swim in the swimming pool that was freezing water
