I have stayed in most of Lompoc hotels and this is one of the best in the budget category. For a decent price, you get a fairly large, clean, equipped (microwave, fridge, coffee maker) room. Also, this place feels safe (this is huge for me). This is not true for some hotels and motels in the area. It is a place for a short stay.

The bed was a bit hard for my taste (in contrast, my husband likes the bed). Also, the electric plugs are not strategically located. We found one behind the bed but it was a bit complicated to connect my husband's sleep apnea machine (we had to move the bed).

Location is good, and shower area is nice, It has a microwave and refrigerator which are always wonderful to have in a hotel room. I can park my car in front of my room so it's very convenient.

Toilet had a black spot on the bowl which is disgusting. The sheet under the bed cover has stains. I used our own blankets so we did not use their sheet. We had a good night's sleep.

Easy check-in, friendly stuff. Nice room, clean and equipped with fridge and coffee maker. A lot of free parking spaces. You can park right near your room entrance door. Everything you need for this money. I definitely can recommend this hotel

Basically I can’t find anything to complain about. Maybe only lack of 110v plugs in the wall. No plugs near bed. I found only near bathroom entrance. But it’s just very minor point if we talk about a budget hotel.

It was a nice area first time coming to Lompoc, I will really recommend to friends and family, the price was reasonable compared to Solvang, it's a little higher bcs there's more tourist but overall it was like a 25 mins drive to Solvang, I will definitely stay next time I come this way

The only thing was the hair dryer was not wk.. that was all but I manage to live with our it.

It's quiet and private. AC works well. Hot water available.

Shower very small and the water flow is strange but works fine. Had to clean the toilet after arrival. Flooring is lifted and wrapped, probably from the great emanating from underneath.

I have stayed at this property many times. It is one of the best budget-friendly options in the area. On a previous trip, I decided to stay somewhere I had never stayed before. Well, it didn't go well. Many times, I said to myself, "I should have booked at The Lotus." So, that is what I did this time. Definetly, one of my top places to stay when visiting the Santa Ynez Valley.

There is not that much I do not like about this place. I always enjoy my stay there.

I really liked the microwave and coffee maker in the room. These are essentials for rooms in motels. A bed was very comfortable, and the room overall was clean and warm even without an a/c heater.

I am not sure where, but someone sang songs outside somewhere on the street from 3 to 5 a.m. I was too lazy to check it out. Moreover, the singing was really good.

Quiet. I work night shift and sleep during the day. There were no interruptions and the noise level was low. Close to gas, food, and convinced store. Clean, quiet and VERY friendly staff. Perfect for a yravelling nurse.

Moveable shower head. I am short and the showerhead is fixed in a high position. I needed to be able to move it down to actually hit me.

VALUE, CLEANILESS, WE FELT WE GOT WHAT WE PAID FOR, THE STAFF WAS SUPER NICE AND VERY HELPFUL. WAS IN A GOOD LOCATION FOR US BECAUSE WE WERE TRAVELING TO VANDENBERG SPACE FORCE AFB AND TO SOLVANG.

THE ONLY NEGATIVE THING WE THOUGHT WAS THE BED WAS VERY HARD AND UNCOMFORTABLE

I recently stayed for a week on business. I thought it great value. The room was kept spotless and well serviced, the bed was comfortable and the room quiet. The office staff were friendly and the Wi-Fi adequate. I can’t comment on the breakfast as I just do the coffee and I have to say that the brew in the room suited me just fine

The Wi-Fi could have had more juice and another coffee serving great and I would not object to paying more it
