Location was great. Very clean! Felt safe walking back at night because other folks were generally out and about. It was amazingly close to various shops and restaurants near the Japanese Village Plaza, as well as around DTLA. Also very close to the metro station if you're wanting to travel outside of the neighborhood. We loved that we had access to amenities like the washer/dryer and iron. It also has a beautiful skyline view from the top floor and sitting area. It was a really affordable option compared to the hotels in the area!

Some slats were missing from the window blinds in our bedroom and the living room, which left a little opening whenever we closed them. A little bit of a privacy concern, but nothing too bad since our room was on the topmost floor and we typically changed in the bathroom or large bedroom closet.

This was a spacious, modern, comfortable and super clean apartment. Also, I loved the outside of the apartment with open-air/verandah like hallways and a rooftop terrace with a panoramic view of the downtown core and the mountains in the distant. The location is excellent! Next door to the Metro station and the vibrant Little Tokyo neighborhood with its eateries and museums and art galleries. Security was also good. We were given codes for the street level entrance and then to our main door. Also, indoor/basement car park is available for $20/night. The apartment came with everything, kitchen utensils & cleaning supplies including individual toothbrushes and toothpastes for guests. Also, very responsive hosts!

No safety lockbox in the unit so bring a lock for your suitcase to store your valuables. There were some inconsistencies such as the hosts not recalling that I had booked one of the limited indoor parking spot & letting me know the night before my flight to L.A., that I had not booked it (when I had done this ahead of time). Also, check-in is at 4pm and they will only send you the information on getting into the unit once they are done cleaning, so around an hour before. So if your flight lands early to L.A.— be ready to spend a few hours of your day outside sightseeing first.

The apartment is excellent. It is spacious, mainly the living room. In the kitchen we can find everything necessary to prepare a meal. The bedroom has 2 comfortable beds. It offers machines to wash and dry clothes. The bathroom is ok in relation to size. It offers parking. If it is in the bulding, it cost U$20 a night. If it is in a public parking, just across the street, it is U$ 5 a night. We chose the second option and it was totally ok for us. We could see the car from the window. There were some streamings avaliable and it was an amazing surprise ( and we used Netflix a lot lol lol lol ) I recommend and would stay there again.

The only ' problem' is that we couldn't turn off the lights in the space where the washing and drying machines were. Of course it wasn't something that bothered us. But it is the only thing that could be better.

An outdoor parking is enough, it’s safe, near the apartment, and cheap compared to indoor parking. Kitchen, bathroom, washing machine are all great. There’s also a Japanese supermarket nearby, all is convenient.

It’s not a quite place. There’s helicopters, fire trucks, police cars at night and is really annoying. Also, the room is soundproof badly, and there’s also some unknown noise occasionally. They seldom reply to my messages on booking. They contacted me via email, booking, text but the content was sometimes contradictory and really confused me.

Everything was provided. essentials. best part was the location, walking distance from Metro station and little Tokyo

bedroom and bathroom doors need oiling as they make noise when opening/closing. But that is just a minor issue. everything was good

The appartment was simply amazing!

We reserved a parking space more than two months in advance, at the same time as reservation and payment for the appartment. We weren't informed in advance that we will not have parking spot. When we arrived after 10 hours of driving, we had to look for parking garage, and for next three days, move car from garage to parking lot every morning and evening, due to parking working hours.

Great new and spacious apartment, close to downtown and with easy access to many attractions. Very close to a subway station and other public transportation options, parking spot for your car in the building for an additional fee. Staff was always available online and helpful. They kindly received for me a SIM card that I had ordered in advance by mail and also gave the option to receive other parcels. Bonus: welcome snacks and candies, and an amazing dining table (in fact it's also a ping pong and snooker table ;-) )

A small annoyance caused by someone else with a car very similar to mine parking in the wrong spot. The owner of the spot supposedly made a complaint to my host thinking I was the one causing trouble and this misunderstanding lasted for two days, until the license plates were checked.

Great location for a holiday in LA. We realised that LA as a city is very spread out. But from this hotel, all the different areas of interest were just a 20-30 mins drive including Universal Studio/Warner bros studio, Griffith observatory/Hollywood sign, Santa monica, West Hollywood. In fact, some areas such as Little Tokyo, LA City hall, Olvera street (Mexican market/historic district), Grand central market, The Last book store, The Broad, Walt Disney concert hall and so on were just a short 5-20 mins walk from the apartment. Downtown LA did not seem very safe at night but this location was quiet and safe. So overall we loved the location. The apartment itself is very nice. Very clean rooms and bathroom, spacious, comfortable beds and a cosy living room and well-equipped kitchen. The rooftop patio offered a great view of the LA skyline and was a nice space to relax in the evenings. We received details instructions for check in and checkout which are all easy to follow. The digital passcode made it super convenient and safe.

Traveling with the family around the area to meet and explore the city, the location went wonderful staff friendly, properly really clean and comfortable I really enjoyed

The parking lot issue went very noise, didn’t work since the first, the personal notice that but they said will work at the next day but no I notify but no response back only one apologize.

Great location, quiet street just a few minutes walk from Little Tokyo station. Easy elevator up to the room, keypad entry so no keys required. So good to have a full kitchen, laundry facilities and living room.

We had some trouble with the check in, we were never sent the access code for the apartment door, and when we arrived the self check-in console outside the building was broken. Tried calling the number we were given several times with no response, eventually found the office number and were finally sent the code. The front door console was never repaired in the time we were there, so the main entry door to the apartment building was just always left open, which was a little daunting in terms of security. We would not have been able to get into the building without calling for help, so that was a little tricky as we had only just gotten our US SIMs.
