Big spacious room with living room area. Table with plenty of chairs, comfy couch. There is a balcony and wardrobe as well. The kitchen has a microwave and a sink, and you can ask for a kitchen kit with which you can cook. The street is quiet and safe with sparse traffic. Housekeeping is on-demand only which we prefer. Good value for money.

The big one is the parking. The valet charge is an absurd $65 per night which is crazy expensive (although sadly seems to be the standard in all hotels). There is no cheaper self-parking option at the hotel, and you also cannot park on the nearby streets overnight. Instead, we chose to book a garage on spothero and walked 20 mins to and from the car every day. Apart from parking, few minor issues: poor sound insulation (could hear guest above us walking in their room every day), no hand towel hanger in the bathroom, and the internet was pretty slow (but usable for video streaming).

The location is great, you are at the bottom of Melrose, so there are many shopping and dining opportunities. Moreover, roomsize is great for long stays.

There is a bad smell that you will feel from the first moment you enter the hotel. This smell can be felt both in the rooms and in the corridor, and it takes days to get used to it. The reason may be the carpets in the hotel. Also valet parking is really expensive but very safe. Apart from the smell and the valet, it is definitely a very nice hotel

Lovely, spacious rooms. Wonderful location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooftop pool. Overall, was a very nice hotel and would definitely stay there again.

People in room above allowed their kid(s) to run up and down the room from 6am until they went out around 9am, and even though the rooms seemed pretty well soundproofed, I could still hear this and it disturbed my sleep. The internet wasn’t working for me for the first three days due to an upgrade taking place in the building. Even though it was a non-smoking hotel, I could often smell marijuana in parts of the hotel, there was even someone smoking it around the pool area at 9am in the morning! The parking (valet) service was too expensive.

Great location. Cute, clean, updated. Attentive staff. Great pool bar.

No kitchen supplies in the kitchen. Short on towels. Did not service room. Cold swimming pool.

Everything was perfect—the room, the location, the service, and the pool. But what truly stood out, and is so rare in the market despite everyone talking about its importance, is the level of customer service. I think they’ve read the book Delivering Happiness and are actually putting it into practice. They go above and beyond what’s required, promised, or even expected. If more businesses in the HORECA industry followed their example, they would be far more successful and appreciated by their customers.

Parking a car is very expensive—if you're traveling for more than a week, it can end up costing more than the car rental itself.

The Rooftop Pool and surrounding Cabanas. While the pool is too small for serious swimming, it is deep enough on one side and the whole area is enjoyable. The staff at the pool bar, where one can enjoy drinks and also a selection of nice food, was very kind. Also loved how roomy the suites are and that all have a small balcony.

The front desk was understaffed and extremely slow. It's nice to be patient with guests that have endless questions and take 15 minutes to check out, but when the line mushrooms there should be more staff at the front desk. The breakfast room lacks charm and the offerings are expensive there; it's mostly empty, due to plenty of options in restaurants and cafés nearby.

Umar the front desk staff welcomed my family with great attitude so that automatically started our trip off on a great start. We got to our room and it was great and spacious. Highly recommended for small family. The pull out sofa bed was great and Umar offered to have it made up while we left for dinner. The amenities (gym and rooftop pool was beautiful and relaxing). We were offered complimentary bottle of wine in celebration of Mothers Day. It was a nice touch in addition to complimentary wine hour each day. The hotel location was great surrounded by shopping stores, the mall, and amazing restaurants that even offer happy hour and a nightlife with music. This place is minutes away from Hollywood stars and Melrose. Great location.

I was not a fan of not having a view on our balcony (street view of residents apartment/home). However the rooftop view to hang out despite the cold weather at the time was beautiful.

Everything. My preferred hotel when I stay in West Hollywood. The rooms are sophisticated, clean, very comfortable beds, like the convenience of the mini kitchen and wet bar, two flatscreens nice touch, fireplace another elegant touch. And a very thoughtful and pleasant surprise of birthday cake and champagne delivered to room courtesy of the hotel. Not enough stars in the universe to rate this heartwarming personal touch. Well done and thank you!

When I called about the possibility of an early check in because I received an email promotion about "upgrade your stay' like an early check-in 1:00 or 2:00 to be told we're busy, etc, etc, despite the email promo (apparently of zero value and a wasted call), and told 'I'll pass you to the manager' I take as poor training or an employee who should not answer the hotel telephone, engage with the paying public and probably either should be retrained, especially in hospitality etiquette or perhaps seek employment elsewhere. And trying to stream your laptop to the television was a pain in the X and useless.

Absolutely amazing - able to do self catering or get in room service. Room extremely comfortable and nice. Help staff extremely helpful and I thought it was great to feel like you're living in WeHo basically! Super safe area, highly recommend the location. I travelled solo so this was a big thing for me. Bed was super comfortable and a bath was an additional bonus.

Cleaning staff didn't clean up my plates/pans etc, so that was disappointing. Other than that, it was good. Pool was a bit small and it'd be nice to have some 'adult hours' without kids!

Staff were excellent and very helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfy with extra pillows and blankets for the kiddos. Great shower! We had a suite, and my older child really appreciated the separation. Location is perfect. Air-conditioning was amazing and very cold (we're British and loved it!)

The only complaints I had were minor. One the maid service by request. We often forgot after long days out and about, but I do understand the policy however. They were kind enough to bring towels and coffee pods when requested. Two is no cutlery or bowls/dishes as standard in the kitchenette. Again, they brought some as soon as we called, but it's having to call down.
